The menu was quite complete with drinks, appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pastas. We tried a few specials of the day. Suco do dia 2was an orange juice mixed with caju. The cafe of the day was a cherry roast which was very tasty and properly served with a tiny stick of chocolate and a spritzer chaser. The beer of the day was from KÜD, a local brewery, a tangerine ale which was awesome. For food, the Moroccan couscous salad with chicken pieces covers in mint yogurt dressing was pretty tasty. The burger came smothered in American cheese and had a huge helping of unsalted fries on the side. It wasn't too remarkable but fine. Service was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst restaurant experience they've had in Brazil. When they arrived, they informed the staff about the voucher and were seated normally. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, the waiters were completely ignoring their table. Meat was being served everywhere except to them, and when my mother-in-law asked a waiter about it, he simply laughed and walked away. That level of disrespect is unacceptable. Only after she asked to speak with the manager did the staff suddenly decide to start serving them. By then, the experience was already ruined. They felt humiliated and unwelcome, especially considering this was supposed to be a special birthday dinner and a positive first impression of Brazilian churrasco culture. In the end, they chose to pay only for the drinks and leave without even using the voucher because they no longer felt comfortable staying there. Based on what they experienced, it was their first and definitely their last time at Porcão BH. We are now in contact with the credit card company to dispute the purchase and request a refund for the voucher, since the service that was promised was never properly provided. A restaurant can make mistakes, but disrespect, neglect, and mocking customers should never happen.

I came out with my coworkers and we enjoyed everything that we got the drinks were fantastic. The appetizers were so good that we had to order seconds and everybody's entrée was divine.
