I didn't expect to call the waiter as much as I had to, but every time I needed he was nice. Food is very well made and with good flavors but I believe I had higher expectations. I've ordered the "Filetto al gorgonzola" for appetizer which was good, only think the bread quantity should be proportional the fillet portion. My pasta order was "Penne all'arrabbiata" which was very tasty but I've missed the spiciness on the sauce. The main characteristic of the arrabbiata sauce is its strong heat and I was expecting (and wanted!) to have my mouth in flames when I saw that much sauce on my pasta but it was only about average on peppers. Finally I've ordered a "Brownie al cioccolato con gelato" on dessert and that was excellent. The Nutella ice cream is amazing and goes very well with the chocolate brownie. Some nuts on top was a charm and the final result is really good.

It has a vast menu with a nice selection of appetizers, pasta, risotto, pizza and desserts. We ordered the carpaccio, a sausage and Malbec risotto and a shrimp and asparagus risotto. Now, for the kicker: the service philosophy. WHEN your customer has pointed out to you VERY clearly that you have delivered a pizza to them with an INSECT crawling upon the greens/basil/manjeiricão which you CLEARLY have not washed then why in the name of all that is Holy in the Restaurant business would you NOT at the very least offer a free desert or discount on the next visit. Smiles and apologies are are very welcome in such a situation, but seriously....with such decor and ambiance you clearly understand the business, so in not offering even a modicum of a demonstrated apology you insult your customers. So, since we won't be going back, and I'm sure many will continue to go there, here is a lovely 1-star review to peak your social media person's attention so that hopefully you can improve your operation.
