The menu was quite complete with drinks, appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pastas. We tried a few specials of the day. Suco do dia 2was an orange juice mixed with caju. The cafe of the day was a cherry roast which was very tasty and properly served with a tiny stick of chocolate and a spritzer chaser. The beer of the day was from KÜD, a local brewery, a tangerine ale which was awesome. For food, the Moroccan couscous salad with chicken pieces covers in mint yogurt dressing was pretty tasty. The burger came smothered in American cheese and had a huge helping of unsalted fries on the side. It wasn't too remarkable but fine. Service was prompt and friendly. Definitely a great place to meet a friend for lunch. There's live music on certain days, just check the museum schedule online.

It was still overall pretty good and decently affordable as an american. the service wasn't fantastic, my partner asked for water several times and it wasn't brought until the 3rd time and they only brought one instead of two so I didnt love that but the establishment is super cute so they really have that going for them. nice seats, nice tables, large tables for big groups and they had wonderfully made art on the wall, a huge array that looked from the same artist which was cool. Id try the spot if you're looking for dinner but it shouldn't be overhyped

(Could not separate the strands of pasta for the heavy cream/cheese.) Shrimp were sautéed perfect. Service: Vinicius provided great table service and was very knowledgeable on menu and wine choices. In fact all the staff I observed took special care to provide a great personal touch. Ambiance: This landmark spot could use a little touch up to the mosaic banquets (more pillows to sit on & for back support.) Chipped and gouged edges and missing tiles need attention. Dark green walls need refurbishing. (The Devil is always in the details.) When we visit this landmark spot we enjoy all it has to offer. The books and periodicals are of a great variety and add a literary touch to the cafe.
