I informed him that his shop was not listed on Yelp and then helped him get Side Döner on the Yelp radar in Hemer while gobbling down one of his delectable cheese pizzas. There was an excellent Turkish coffee offered (and accepted) in appreciation for this help. A tiny cup of concentrated caffeine goodness of one sort or another, thick at the bottom with coffee sludge. Pretty sure it was one step short of snorting ground coffee beans (so of course I loved it!). Not sure if the Turkish coffee is even on the menu, or if that was a special treat for me? Next time I visit I will surely ask for another cup! I had a very pleasant experience at this German cafe on one cold dark winter evening. Enjoy.

Not bad, compared to döner kebap this tastes uncompareably better. Compared to shawarma in lebanon,…read moreit's slightly below average, but it is definitely authentic. The restaurant is lebanese but the employees appear to be syrian. The food is still good nonetheless and the prices are fair. FOOD & DRINKS This location is fairly new and offers a…read moreselection of traditional Chinese items. I had the Rou Jia Mo which is often described as the Chinese burger. I rather like to compare it to a Turkish Döner because it is meat between a flat bread. The variation they offer here is quite unusual. It comes with bell pepper and a piece of lettuce. I am more used to onions and/or chives. The bread was very crispy and not oily and comes with either beef or pork. The beef was tender but was overwhelmed by the taste of soy which is a shame. The beef should be the star by simmering in its own beef juice. Also I believe I did a mistake by ordering the Rou Jia Mo without the bell peppers because those would at least give some sweetness it desperately needed for a more balanced flavor profile. I still think that onions would make a way better companion. I also ordered half a dozen Sheng Jian Bao with shrimp and pork filling. The filling was nice and juicy and had actual pieces of shrimp. The seasoning was more balanced and the bao wasn't too doughy but the bottom of the bao wasn't crispy at all. The chef only fried it slightly which made the item missing one key texture. I didn't order the Xiao Long Bao but I have seen them on a few other tables and they were served steaming hot and looked pretty yummy. SERVICE The girls who work there were a bit shy but still nice and friendly. I wish they would smile a bit more though. ATMOSPHERE This place is fairly small but clean, fresh and modern. There are two communal tables and some more tables outside. It really attracts a lot of younger customers. RATING To be honest I was on the fence to give this place a four star rating but I decided to go with three stars instead. The items they serve are good but not worth four stars. They are still young and hopefully do improve over time. For now I can recommend to try them out.
