Checking out the room and some hours later I did realise I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe. Calling the hotel and get a very quick answer that they haven't find anything in the room. Calling back later to see if it's new more service minded stuff working, they told me they haven't time to talk. So I'm going over to talk and they say come back early tomorrow when the cleaning stuff working, okey. I'm calling early the day after and telling them if they haven't find it the cleaner has took it, they asking for my number for call back and haven't called back for a week! So I have emailed the hotel company with no answer!
If you have a cleaner that apparently stealing, why not get rid of her/him and give some help the guests? How could a hotel not wanna talk or address this problem? It's insane read more
