Christian Pruitt is the young owner of the company and started his company a few years ago so I wanted to give him a shot to see how his company is with customer service and quality in their work. Christian responded within a day of receiving my request for a quote. His price was excellent and the job they did was very good we are definitely pleased with the finished look of how clean our house looks. Christian is very nice and took before and after pics of the job and stayed in constant communication before and after the job was completed. I highly recommend calling this company to get your house cleaned of dirt, moss, algae or anything else that is making your siding dirty looking. I will definitely call them again the next time we need our house power washed. Thanks Christian for doing a great job! I wish you years of success in your business. We've used Rannebarger in the past and recently had a time-sensitive need for Dan's services again…read more I cannot stress just how responsive Dan is!!! We were just beginning the process of getting our house ready to sell - and our realtor wanted to list it much sooner than we had anticipated... So in a panic, we reached out to Dan to see if there was ANY chance they'd power wash in February...LOL... Initially he recommended we wait for warmer weather - understandably - but when we explained the reason and our timeline, he had a crew at our house THE NEXT DAY!!!! What a HUGE relief - esp in the midst of all the stress of moving/selling a house etc! They also did a couple of other tasks as requested - and quickly as well - so we could let our realtor know we were set! House went on the market early March & sold in hours...partially thanks to Dan and his crews!!! Highly, highly recommend!
