The shop was well equipped to do a wide variety of work, not just oil changes. What really impressed me is how they rotated the tires and tightening the lug nuts. The tech did the work mostly by hand and then used a torque wrench on each lug nut to tighten to specification. This is super important both as a safety check and proper mounting to ensure alignment. In the months following he left my car out in the elements until the beginning of February 2024. He ghosted me, dodged phone calls, visits, all attempts to retrieve the car. On June 25, 2024 the insurance company declared the vehicle a total write off loss and determined that of the 16 hours of work and estimate of $7,770 repair cost, Gene's shop had done $572 worth of work.
