I will never again return to this BP location. I stopped in this morning for a couple things and Diana was the rudest cashier I have ever encountered. There were a group of people standing around and before I even walked up to the counter she was standing there, stiff, giving me a dirty look. When I did walk up to the counter she says "those are me people, they look out for me." I said "ok can I get a pack of cigarettes?" She rudely says "ID?" So I give it to her and she gives me a huge attitude cause my dog chewed it a little bit. She then threw it at me onto the floor. I go to pay and she says "tapping works best" with an attitude. I try tapping it and it wasn't working immediately so she grabbed my card out of my hand without even asking and did it herself. After I paid she looked at me again and says "those are my people" like she's threatening me with them. I walked out without saying anything. It was the oddest situation and she was rude to me the entire time. I don't understand what her problem was with me but she decided to take her whole, apparently, bad morning out on me because I was getting cigarettes. Sorry for inconveniencing you Diana. God forbid you have to do your job and act like a decent human being. I still don't know what I did to you by looking at your "PEOPLE" but you shouldn't have a job. I definitely did not deserve to have my whole day ruined because some cashier is upset that I simply walked in and wanted two items. read more
