I had a great experience here today and I wanted to give a shout-out to Dolly at the Circle K at this intersection, which is down the street from the clinic where I get to work every few months. I am not often in this area, but I stopped in yesterday to buy my co-workers drinks as there is a custom called "Fountain Drink Friday" at this clinic and I guess it was my turn to buy. So I drove down the street and bought a bunch of the large fountain drinks- thank you for having both Diet Coke and Coke Zero on tap- and then at check-out, Dolly realized I wouldn't be able to carry all of them to my car. She went to fetch a cup holder but they were all gone, so she got me plastic bags. Thank you, Dolly!! I made it back to work without dumping the drinks down the front of my scrubs! This is a new location, I think, as everything seems very bright, cheery, clean, and new inside. There were loads of well-stocked shelves of snacks and TONS of fountain drinks to chose from. Plenty of ice, cups, lids. I didn't need gas, but I will stop by next time and fuel up and get a car wash, too. Thanks again, Dolly. Great service! I appreciated your help yesterday!

The first part of my…read morecomplaint is that one of the two bays has been in operable for over a month and a half often leaving a long line of cars wrapped around the gas station waiting for the wash to open up. The second part of my complaint is in regards to an incident, which occurred today 03-14-2023, at around 6:00 PM. I needed a quick wash and begrudgingly went to the Circle K, hoping that the second bay was now open and that there wasn't a line-it wasn't and there was. I was already there and decided to wait anyway. while waiting, I decided to speed things up and purchased a $9.00 credit for a wash on the Circle K app, on my phone. Once I got up to the wash kiosk, I tried to use the app but I received an error message and the credit didn't work. With that, I inserted my credit card and purchased a $16.00 wash. After the wash, I went into the gas station and spoke with Tesha, the store's assistant manager. I patiently explained the situation to her several times to include showing her the credit card purchase, the app purchase and the email confirmation of the app purchase. All that I asked for was the refund of the $9.00, not another wash-because I already purchased another wash for $16.00. Her ultimate answer was that she just didn't know how to provide that sort of refund. She then called the store manager Rob, and explained the situation to him over the telephone. His answer was for me to contact the managers of the phone app because it was an obvious error on their part. At that point I requested their names and left. This was over a $9.00 subpar car wash that's rarely in operation. I refuse to give them any more of my time or patronage.

I will always visit this gas station when he is there. In the morning there is a AWFUL, RUDE, GRUMPY short older lady that needs to go to some type of customer service class because she is the worst....she has been rude to me on several occasions and sometimes she is pleasant ....but mostly rude....and I have seen her rude to others many times. Sometimes people act like they own the gas station but you need to know how to talk to people especially the customers...she has ruined my morning for the last time. After (20)+ years as a loyal customer at this location, I'll no longer offer my hard earned money…read moreto the illogical ownership and staff here. The decline began recently when the staff insisted on scanning my State Drivers License (or State ID) for purchase of alcohol. I've noticed that ID scanning in retail environments has become popular for a variety of reasons. It's used for age verification at checkout, but also for returns to prevent return fraud, BOPIS fraud, or ID fraud used to help facilitate organized crime. The staff here insists my ID is needed for age verification. My issue here is I'm an OLD man. A 5-year old knows I'm over 60 years of age. A secondary issue is I can't see the staff scan my license. The "scanner" is out of site, behind the counter. I've been the subject of identity theft more than a few times. Its a bad experience. Its also become clear to me that this location has a new staff about every three to four weeks. I don't know or trust these people with my identity. I'll drive a few blocks west into Will County from now on to purchase my gas and beer. A side benefit is no more COOK COUNTY TAXES! See ya!

I had to go all the way back to my house to go get this card when they just have to press button and it is snowing. I will never be going their again and the service was terrible no one else was their. After getting my card he didn't even scanned it he just pressed the button unbelievable. Waste of my time and gas.

You can pull out onto LaGrange but I only recommend going south during no traffic. You can only go west onto 143rd on that side. So be sure to go to this gas station if you planned on heading west onto 143rd from LaGrange or heading straight south down LaGrange, otherwise it's going to be a bit awkward to head back in the right direction. Private pooper. Just your standard issue, gas station bathroom. It was as nice as you'd imagine, fairly clean. Smelled fine. There was even a baby-changing station.

Years…read moreago getting into it was easier, there's now a cement median on 143rd, so if you're on LaGrange Rd. going south, you can no longer make a right then a left into it, you have to cross 143rd. What's worse is you can no longer get out of the place and head west on to 143rd. You can only go south on LaGrange or east on 143rd and make a U turn. Writing this has made me just as batty as trying to go west on 143rd. Easy access is important and that's changed. They also had a pump that the printer wasn't working, the sign looked taped onto it for some time. I really hate having to walk into the place when I'm using a card, but I like a receipt. Not a big deal I just backed up to the other pump, but if they were busy might not be an option. Lots of gas stations along LaGrange will look for something a little easier to deal with, thankfully I don't live out here and Costco is my mainstay.
