The service, coffee bar, coffee cups, pop…read moremachine, slurpee machine are never tended to, whether machines don't work, no cups, empty coffee pots, garbage all over. There is no attention to detail in this store. Franchisee guy is very unfriendly even though I am in that store at least 3-4x/week. Weekend help always has their AirPods in or on their cell phone with no attention to the store. It's too bad that there seems to be no appreciation for customers.

I will always visit this gas station when he is there. In the morning there is a AWFUL, RUDE, GRUMPY short older lady that needs to go to some type of customer service class because she is the worst....she has been rude to me on several occasions and sometimes she is pleasant ....but mostly rude....and I have seen her rude to others many times. Sometimes people act like they own the gas station but you need to know how to talk to people especially the customers...she has ruined my morning for the last time. Go home, retire or start trying to treat people with respect!

What was not understandable was the attitude form the front desk lady. This was not the first time dealing with her and the attitude. There was an issue with entering my insurance in the iPad so I had to go to the desk when she called me- and I started to tell her I had a "digital copy of my insurance card or ..." and she rolled her eyes and stormed off before I could finished telling her I had the physical card and wanted to know which would be easier for her. When she came back and demanded my phone for the card I handed her the physical card. She entered the info complained that I messed it up on the iPad then told me to sit back down. Once I was finally seen by the Dr. Kristen, The front desk lady kept unlocking the door to interrupt the appointment. At one point it was simply to grab her monster energy drink from the fridge. Really that couldn't wait? Overall I was not the only one in the waiting room to comment on her terrible attitude. Kristen Nobel, was wonderful on the other hand. Such a shame her partner is so awful.

This call was because they asked me to confirm by phone something I had already told them twice, once through their messaging system and then verbally by phone yesterday. Due to their poor customer service, I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy about two years ago, but this one is not available most places so I have to stick with Walgreens for it. I long for the mom and pop pharmacies of yesteryear where the customer mattered. Be smart--fill your prescriptions elsewhere.
