This location is the first off of the highway and last to the highway in town. Usually have the cheapest prices. Truck parking in the back.

Went in to buy a product and they didn't have it. No big deal, I was leaving. One of the cashiers…read morefollowed me out then proceeded to walk behind my vehicle and was looking at my license plate. I seen him mouthing my license plate number. What do they think, just because they didn't have what I wanted I was there to rob the place. I've know for a long time that this is a shady business. It's clear that ICE needs to get involve. I'll be running my own background checks on employees there. Time to go.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Alicia at your store--Whistle Stop is an amazing name…read morefor a place way outside of KC, by the way. Alicia, (if I have spelled your name correctly, that's how my stepmom spells her name ) Alicia, I truly cannot sing her praises enough! I was traveling from KC trying to enjoy my time off before working this weekend--this Mother's Day weekend... I'm not trying to make this review about me, but my personal life is of great import; it also most certainly reflects on this lady's service. She has the service of an Angel. This weekend is the 20th Mother's Day without my own Mom. My Mom died in a car wreck in 2005. My own personal life has been greatly affected by that day. On this Mother's Day, I am celebrating my first Mother's Day sober. So, it's my 20th Mother's Day without my own Mom. I have personally entered a bet with some KC folks to quit smoking on Mother's Day to cathartically try to improve my own life. I actually quit drinking on my own Mom's birthday, in 2023. So, I came into this Shell wanting a pack of Marlboro Light 100's. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase my favorite cigarettes because I hadn't linked my credit card up to my new phone, etc. I had decided rather sporadically to get out of town just to blow off steam. I work at a decently well known restaurant in KC, it's called Q39. It's amazing food by the way--sorry to shamelessly plug. But, when opportunity arises, one should take it--or so I've personally learned. Regardless of my personal 28 years as a server, I am here merely/solely trying to sing Alicia's praises. Alicia worked with me trying to figure out what/how to pay digitally--which again is my error, not hers. But, it is awesome in that she absolutely worked me and my indescribable circumstances trying to my a pack of cigs. My personal circumstances do not circumvent me singing Alicia's praises. Not only did she work with me without my readers, but again, she has the patience of a saint. Additionally, when I first started Q39, it was right after I had severely injured myself in a lake. I almost lost my leg because of that accident. Alicia didn't know about this accident. That lady actually put her own pain aside to help me try to figure out my card many times. This lady actually went so far above and beyond that Even I was astonished by her service, her empathy, and her consideration. And this lady who didn't know me from Adam literally worked through her physical pain to help me when I needed it. Alicia, I'm being serious... my leg injury was absolutely horrendous. I had to go through months of PT, etc. I wasn't able to stand some days when I started my job at Q. I had to overcompensate for the fact that I couldn't walk correctly. But, Alicia--I personally know that wince. I personally do. I have personally winced like you have personally. Alicia, I know me from Adam--so to speak. But, your kind demeanor in which you took all of that time to get me a pack of cigs. The grossest possible Marlboro's possible (at my personal request). I realize that this is an incredibly lengthy review, but I am very rarely impressed with someone's service. Alice went above and beyond. Alicia, thank you so much! I owe you my sanity for the other night.
