They have bathrooms for use on the side of the convenience store. On another note though, there wasn't much "convenience" at that store because the lady who worked there was rude & decided to lock the door and have a long line waiting for her to go around and change the bags in the trash cans. Ummm, they were not overflowing or anything, so that could've waited. I was so annoyed & asked the driver to just go next door to 7-11 instead, but he chose to wait. There's no way I would've waited that long for her to come back & unlock the door. On top of that, she was taking her precious time & had no sense of urgency. That's a bad way to do business. She had a bad attitude & if she doesn't know how to prioritize work duties with the customer in mind, maybe she should work somewhere else. No doubt that we aren't ever going back there again.

It's the foul odor that may have you looking for a dead caucus. This has been a consistent issue over over a year, so I'm done! The unfortunate in this is DQ customers have no other restroom options. Cleaning will do nothing, it needs a sledge hammer taken to it.

He asked if my sister and I needed a ride which was super kind as it saved us time and an expensive Uber trip which we took him up on. Before heading out he ran into the gas station (which is where we were stuck) and asked if we needed a drink or anything from there which was a super kind gesture (it's the little things). We chit chatted along the way and he made sure we were comfortable and cool in his truck since it was warm that day. Once we arrived at the shop he unloaded my car under the shade which was very thoughtful as it was a Saturday and my car would be sitting there until Monday. He triple checked with us before he left to make sure that we had a ride back home which I let him know that our Uber was on the way. Given his friendliness and kindness I gave Rob a tip (which he insisted several times it wasn't necessary). I wanted to express my gratitude as I was in a very stressful situation and he just made my day. I hope I won't have to use him again lol but if I ever need a tow Rob would be the person I would call. Thank you so much Rob! You were awesome!

I requested roadside service through my insurance company, I waited for 2 hours and they sent a regular tow truck instead of a flatbed. I then had to call my insurancecompany again, they canceled my request but did not notify me until I had waited for another 45 minutes. It would have been another 3 hour wait. I spoke with RH Towing and they were AMAZING, made me feel hopeful and were so nice. They had me to the shop within 15 minutes from the call. There are a couple of beautiful flower gardens, not to mention the marina is nestled in a placid area surrounded by large trees. The entire marina is pristinely manicured. They have a full working service yard and haul out. The ship store is stocked with a wide variety of boater's needs. We are on the great loop and needed a repair to our bow thruster, the marina was happy to work us in even though they were booked through July! So much to do close by, Uber does pick up from here and food can be delivered. If you get the chance this is a great place to stay.
