You may have to go inside to prepay for your tank, but otherwise this is a convenient and easy to access gas station located right off of I-64E. The machine outside wouldn't accept my credit card, but the cashier was pleasant and mentioned that lines 7 and 8 are pretty testy. Once complete, I filled my tank and cleaned my windshield with the soap and water left out by the tanks. Easily hopped back on the highway and was on my way. Never ever liked any Pilot more fond of a Flying J even though they are affiliated. Staff does a half job of everything. Always out of order signs or nothing has been replenished. Bathrooms always need extra attention. Never pleasant to visit read more

Awesome truck stop!!! Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of smiling cashiers/ some are even on the floor to help find what you need. Restrooms are clean and smell good. I love this place. It was a breath of fresh air!!! Subway is inside. Again, lots of very friendly smiling staff. They move quickly to get you through the line. Great teamwork. The food is the freshest I've seen at Subway in a long time! I did have a sandwich maker at subway get a little irritated when I declined burned bacon but another employee jumped right in with a smile and awesome attitude and cooked another order of bacon. Pilot travel center...came here to get my munch on...sodas and get late night dinner... Long drive back needed to make a quick stop...There's a subway located inside pilot travel center... So got my dinner at subways... Tuna....yums..too bad there's no seatings ...was looking at small gadget but they didn't have what i was looking for... They do have quite a good selection of smell gadgets for cars... Good for people that are frequent drivers...since they didn't have what I was looking for i gave up and got a soda instead...a large soda...for a buck! There's parking and a good amount of people shopping here.... There's about three staff members working at pilot travel center... This place is great for pit stops! Yes there's restrooms ! Why not stop and get gas too! read more

I actually really like Pilot Travel Centers for some reason, but this one is actually smaller than the other ones I've been in. Despite the size it still offers all of the essentials one expects from a Pilot. The gas is cheap, the restrooms are clean and the coffee is great as always. There is plenty of parking around and it is just off of the interstate. There is a Subway at this location, but it is strictly carryout with no place to sit down and eat inside that I could see. read more
