I had 2-$5 scratch off that should have paid a total of $15 and 1-$10 scratch off that should have paid $10 for a total of $25. I was explaining to the cashier that $5 scratch off doesn't pay $2 wins and that the lowest amount paid in a scratch off is whatever the scratch off cost. $5 tickets lowest paid is $5, not $2. She said that she can only give me what the machine told her. While we were having this mild conversation another employee told me to take the $22 and get the F out of the store before he punch me in the face. #1. Being shorted $3 is not my issue although this store needs to be investigated cause if they are taking $3 here and there from customers lottery winning they should not be working there. #2. How and why would an associate raise their voice and tell a customer who is asking respectfully for an explanation to get out before he punch me in the face. The following morning I receive bank alerts from my credit union and it showed an $11 charge from Speedway gas station. Apparently I was charged an additional dollar for something I wasn't aware of. Unfortunately, for me, I did not ask for a receipt. Which could prompted that cashier to do something fraudulent, knowing that I had no proof. But just know in the future, I will always ask for a receipt for every purchase and I will alert everyone I know to do the same. So I'm starting with Uploading a.YELP review, so others will know to do the same. I know if I go back into that establishment to speak with the manager on duty they will ask me for a receipt which I don't have. So I won't do that this time. So as a warning, people always ask for a receipt and keep it at least for two days because you never know if you have a dishonest cashier who will add charges to your credit card because you didn't ask for a receipt.
