The pump technology was a bit frustrating--the tap-pay light was lit green but didn't actually function, forcing me to use the chip reader. To finish it off, the pump ran out of paper when trying to print my receipt. Not the biggest issues in the world, but I prefer using contactless pay and always want my gas receipts.

We were told that we had "five minutes" left at 11:45 p.m. on Sunday night. They close at midnight, and it hadn't ever been an issue for us to leave just before closing in prior visits, and we've been doing our laundry there for a few years now. We would have been done in plenty of time before closing, but there was a young man who seemed to know the younger rude woman behind the counter, hanging around acting like he wanted to start something, so we left quickly because we felt threatened by him. We won't be back. The younger woman was rude to my husband when he bought something 25 minutes before closing. Disrespectful staff, and they need more training if they are going to be throwing good customers out early.
