Very similar to a Buc-ees, lots of food, great bathrooms, hot food, retail, jerky, popcorn, beer, and Nee-dohs! We spend about 30 minutes later walking through everything. We ended up buying jerky, hot cheesy potato bites, house made chips, hoagie, chicken Caesar wrap, cinnamon roll, and Nee-dohs! The food was great - not too salted - tasted pretty fresh and portion size was good. Much better than competitors. They told us they have been open since June 2025, but it was barely crowded inside. This is definitely a must stop location!

Gal across from me said hers was really slow also. Glad I only needed 9.5 gallons. When I went in to complain I was told they were waiting for a part and were not allowed to bag off the affected pumps, about half of their dispensers. I sent two RV's that pulled in to other stations, they would have been there for an hour! This was the second BP that I had problems with on our 3600 mile trip. The other was extremely dirty and poorly maintained with abandoned cars by the building. I am now avoiding BP's in general.

The representative came back after a 10 minute hold and told me they didn't accept the job or deny it, they left it in limbo. The reason being and I quote "It's just a Wench out, We don't get paid enough for extraction ". When I called the company directly to make them fully aware of my situation I told them what AAA said and after she finished laughing, I offered to change the call to a full 7 mile tow so they get paid more and they only have to pull me 5ft. then said they don't have a truck big enough( a light duty) to tow my vehicle. I told them all they have to do is pull me 5ft don't you have a truck big enough for that I asked and they said no. I could literally pull this thing out with a chain and a 90's Honda Civic. These guys are clowns. They treated me like a dunce.
