The representative came back after a 10 minute hold and told me they didn't accept the job or deny it, they left it in limbo. The reason being and I quote "It's just a Wench out, We don't get paid enough for extraction ". When I called the company directly to make them fully aware of my situation I told them what AAA said and after she finished laughing, I offered to change the call to a full 7 mile tow so they get paid more and they only have to pull me 5ft. then said they don't have a truck big enough( a light duty) to tow my vehicle. I told them all they have to do is pull me 5ft don't you have a truck big enough for that I asked and they said no. I could literally pull this thing out with a chain and a 90's Honda Civic. These guys are clowns. They treated me like a dunce.
