I never use the "hold open" lever and prefer to control the flow of gas myself. I stopped the pump twice just to double check it. The second time I started the flow again, gas poured all over as the sensor to stop it when it was full failed. I went inside to let the attendant know there was gas on the ground and there was an issue with the pump. The woman (about 50, long curly mousey brown hair) informed me the pumps had been doing both all day. When I suggested alerting customers to the slow pumps and failing "full" sensors would be helpful, she became rude and advised the issue was my fault. I just walked away. As I returned to my car, I noticed multiple pumps where gas had spilled, and alerted folks around me. Several had the same experience. Hazmat issue, staff was rude and condescending, equipment faulty.

I have been a reoccurring customer at this shell station for a few years now, but no longer. After…read moreabout a dozen incidents over the period of the past year or so, I have decided to boycott this station and perhaps the corporation as a whole as a result of this unbelievable experience in dealing with the stuck up, snotty and down-right rude behavior of it's employees. As an American Adult I feel it is my right to refuse to have my ID scanned for purposes unknown by a soulless corporation, but that's just me. In accordance with the current Ohio Revised Code, apparently the establishment also has the right to refuse service in the event that I refuse the scan to purchase age-sensitive products, understandably so (I guess). However, it is a dangerous mix to give a small amount of power and responsibility to those who would use it to make up for the downfalls of their own lives by egotistically disrespecting and irritating their customers. Please understand that this review is not based on the scanning requirements, but the belligerent disrespect and "I'm better than you" attitude I have experienced in dealing with these employees, having been nothing but polite and calm myself until this point. In summation, I would not recommend this particular shell station to my worst enemy. Certain female employees here should be demoted, fired or at least scolded for their inappropriate behavior. I will also be encouraging my friends, family and neighbors in this town to avoid this station until management corrects this behavior or hires ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS. WORST STATION EVER!!

I am in an electric wheelchair and it is hard to navigate a non handicapped equipped store. The patrons are very kind and the staff always meet me by the entrance door to let me in. Weither I am just buying snacks and need help or buying there ice cream. They are always very kind and go out of there way to help me with my individual needs no matter how busy they are. The cashiers always have helped me get out my wallet to pay them too. They take the time to count out the money I owe them with me. I trust the cashiers because they put that extra love into their job. I don't feel like a disabled person by them I just get the best service they can give me I just wanted to say thank you for all you kindness and help over the 10 years I have lived down the street from you. Pepper Jack Tornadoes--no physical damage! (Okay, let's not think about that too much. Cheese,…read moreLouise!) I stopped at this location to get a drink and a snack. Speedway has a lot of pseudo-deli items now, along with all the roller food you could ever want. I decided to try a pepper jack tornado and since they were 2 for $2.22, I got two of them. As a snack, they're not bad. 85 grams and 220 calories, heavy on the bad stuff, of course. What, no salad on a stick? The line at the register was long and someone ahead of me was buying a bunch of stuff. She wanted to pay for the stuff with the Speedway cash cards she was buying, which led to a lot of confusion but she didn't explain anything ahead of time. Sure, I'd like to pay for cards with the cards! I'd be a millionaire, if I just had the million! Anyway, the cashier handled it really well and we all survived. She even took care of my transaction smoothly, including the coupon for a free drink and my 1000 point coupon from the transaction, which she added back to my card. Slick!
