They are trying to blame a small chip that was already there, but that damage is completely separate and unrelated. The crack spread across the entire windshield DURING the wash. Worst part: they refuse to take responsibility or provide the video. Be careful with this place. If something happens to your car, they won't take responsibility. I will continue escalating this until they are held accountable.

Great service and a great cause! I randomly decided to get…read moremy cash washed today. Typically I wash it myself but it was 95 degrees outside. They were really welcoming and did a fantastic job. I drive a Jeep which often gets covered in bugs (fellow Jeep drivers can attest). Car washes are never able to get the bugs off with just the machines. The employees noticed this and spent time getting the remaining bugs off. Also, my tires look amazing!! Thanks so much, I'll be back!
