The history of this distillery dates back to 1857 and is one of Illinois' oldest standing distillerys and was once Al Capones largest bootlegging facility during prohibition. She's sweet, attentive, respectful, and fast, all while doing the job of three or four people. I've seen other workers in the past act rude or lazy. She brings the kind of energy and professionalism that makes people like me want to keep coming back. I even came in the other day just hoping someone would acknowledge her efforts--maybe tell her thank you or lend her a hand.
