I literally found this insurance company by accident! I made an appointment at another office…read morethinking it was State Farm. When I walked in and realized my mistake the office staff kindly asked me if I wanted a quote since I was there. Boy was I glad I literally stumbled upon here! I have been using them for a few years for auto, renters, and life insurance and the prices are awesome! Camille always gets back to me in a timely manner, and when my husband recently bought a car, she called me to go over the change in coverage to let me know what I actually needed vs what the dealership said we needed. I'm super happy with my relationship with Camille and State Farm!

She somehow did not switch over our insurance and it fell through the cracks leaving my family with out insurance! Of course a situation has occurred leaving my family defenseless, in debt and emotionally drained. She refused to take responsibility for this mistake and State Farm will not take on our claim and help our family. It's been the most stressful year for my family and my older parents trusted Camille and were even friendly with her. DO NOT trust State Farm.

Their upper Management ( which btw has no direction in an actual representative, with contact information) to help troubleshoot medical requests to expedite claim/approval, to then disperse my funds are inaccessible/nonexistent. There were four medical offices I have where Manhattan life claims upper Management dept stated are waiting on pending medical records. The thing that's ( not funny- haha) is I've been to all follow-up appointments and have called my doctors during said requests and MY DOCTORS OFFICE PERSONELLE HAVE ALL CONFIRMED THAT NO SUCH REQUESTS WERE MADE... When I asked for proof of requests in hardcopy form/s, they said through reps(who are a third party/and sold me this shortterm disability- that it's all done by emails)and they can only send correspondence as a middle person on my behalf. I even had the middleman wave a request fee on one of my medical offices and had records sent/where four days later they sent letter/s in mail that/(that particular doctors office) was on the list of providers ( including all the other clinics I listed) of them not releasing supposedly requested medical records. Buyers beware and just go with Aflac. I'm already at tailend of recovering with stitches removed and complications that might need additional time off before returning to work, where, two pension loans later(under my belt) has left me in serious financial hardship....CONSUMERS BEWARE-DONT BUY MANHATTAN LIFE ASSURANCE INSURANCE...!!! I'm still waiting on this circular circumstance and feel like a mouse on a spin wheel. I'm thoroughly disgusted!!! I would give them zero stars but didn't have that option...
