I was assured it was taken care of it. I recently found out they have been charging me for a car premium on a car that has been out of my possession for 3 years! I even sent him the receipt for DMV that the plates were surrendered! His response " yes. I see it was a mistake on my end. There's really nothing I can do. " so basically told me he robbed me of 3500!! There's Many things he could do. ENO. ASAP claim. He has been getting commission checks for insuring a vehicle I haven't had in 3 years!!!! After reviewing with me what she currently has, he explained to me the differences between the traditional plans and the new medicare advantage plan. Instead of trying to sell me a new policy, he advised me that we should stick with what we currently have. Peter is professional, knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me even though he was not able to gain business from.
