After being set up with Curtis Galvez who was supposed to be taking care of us after refusing to be serviced by another of their employees who we had the same issues with, we had hope that finally we were working with someone who was responsive and responsible. After yet another spring of not getting things done, not getting quotes, we finally said these people don't care about us or our business. How do you piss off a customer, by telling them you are too busy doing other work to quote them after 6 weeks of waiting. I can only imagine they just don't want to work with us, I just wish they would have told us so we could have moved on. Even after emailing him back to say, thanks but we are no longer interested in doing business, he never even responded with as much as 'I am sorry I disappointed you'. We have now hired a different company and within 3 weeks, we had a quote and the job done........at $2,500 less then LL quoted 2 years ago.

My elderly sister and husband live in a 100+ year old home in Harbor Springs that had old, scraggly plants. Keller did a complete re-do, removing old items and installing new ones plus beautiful round, medium sizzed stones, provided flowers for her planters on her porch railings, added a drip irrigation system to maintain the new items, and even seeded bare lawn spots.
