Soon as you walk In you are surrounded by Disney and anime items. This store is super cute and they have lots of unique items.

Right when I walked in I went right to the funko pops and got a figure. They gave me an extra bag because I asked if they had any.

However, over the years I have noticed they have gotten very picky about what they will accept. I brought in 2 full sacks of my grandbabies out grown clothes. Some of which still had the store tags on them. And some were slightly worn. I do wash them before bringing the clothes in and picking out any that may have a stain on them. I also brought an unused activity walker and other things of that nature. And a brand new double seat stroller. The stroller was still in the box with the original packaging still attached to it. Needless to say, they didn't expect the brand new walker or stroller, nor the clothes with a tag, nor quite a bit of the clothes in the bags. I asked what was wrong, and I was told they just didn't need them. Or they don't take that brand (・・ )? I was confused at that point. But the strollers they had for sale looked like someone got them out of the garbage (¬_¬;). Anywho, despite the several attempts to bring my grandchildren things here, I will continue to come and what they don't take I will take to a children's shelter.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable--just silence and stares that made me feel like I wasn't welcome. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and the staff appeared annoyed when asked questions, even mumbling under their breath. I've never felt so unwelcome in a retail store. There are plenty of places to shop where customers are treated with basic courtesy. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
