Both times I visited the store, Jonathan greeted me, gave me a shopping bag and offered to answer any questions I had. This last time, after I collected my items to purchase, I approached the registers but the cashier was in the middle of ringing up a very large purchase. Apparently she had started ringing up the customer and then the customer walked away to grab more items. While I understand, it's a little annoying when this happens. Nevertheless, I walked back through the store trying to kill time until the cashier was ready again. I then bumped into Sarah who asked if I needed any help. She was very friendly and supportive. I told her I was ready to check out but the register was tied up with a customer who was still shopping. Sarah jumped into action and told me that she could help me check out. Not only did she help me, but she also gave me some complimentary cellophane bags and decorative ties in order for me to give some of the items as gifts. So, based upon my experience with Jonathan and Sarah, I'll definitely return to the Bath & Body Works store in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their future sales.

As expected, they had a wide selection of cards, and I was able to cross everyone off my list in one trip. I also really enjoy their specialty items, especially the Charlie Brown-themed products. They make it easy to find something thoughtful for my dad, who's a big fan. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. The only downside to this location is the parking--it's very tight. That said, it probably felt more crowded than usual because of the holiday rush. Overall, it was a positive experience and worth the stop.

This is a relatively small department store with clothing, shoes, home decor and kitchen items. They have clothing and shoes for the entire family. As far as the clothing and shoes, you can find the same or better quality at Walmart for a much better price. If you wanted to take it up a notch, you would still do better at Ross. You certainly won't go here looking for name brand or high quality items. With stores like Walmart, Ross and Target, right around the corner, I'm interested to see if this store will succeed. Bealls Outlet doesn't appear to carry anything that is unique or different than what is currently available in the Cumming market. Only time will reveal if this store is able to succeed in this already saturated discount market.
