Ever since Cortez came on board, things have changed. The bathrooms and break rooms are cleaner, there are no pest issues, and Cortez makes sure to address any concerns. He is friendly with everyone that comes in the building. This was the first year that the building was decorated for Christmas, this was wonderful. The sidewalks have been redone, the offices have been repainted, and the landscaping is always beautiful. I appreciate all of the staff that work so hard, every single day. Jiselle is such a hard worker. She never stops working and she is always so nice. Jay has just come on board. He is so fantastic. He has a great attitude and quickly fixed my vent.
