Cooked over wood on a traditional parilla, they prepare a variety of high-end Spanish beef and pork dishes. Think Rubia Gallega steaks (prized beef) and interesting ibérico pork cuts. Heavenly! While the burger (made with Rubia Gallega beef) is incredible, don't sleep on the Pluma if you like pork. Actually if you don't understand Spanish like us, it would be kind of difficult to order in the food court. We tried the PLUMA and LA TRUFADA. The wait wasn't too bad about 20-25 minutes after we ordered and it was totally worth it. The PLUMA was well-cooked, soft inside and immediately melt in your month when you have it. The patty in LA TRUFADA was super juicy and great matched with brioche bun. The meals were also served with grilled potatoes which were amazingly creamy and tasty. My husband and I were so satisfied and decided to visit again for lunch before our flight back to New York. We highly recommend travelers to give them a chance to try their burger and BBQ.

As a former restaurant manager, I watched the three waiters leave the service counter empty handed five times while a waited. The service in Spain is very good, so this is not a cultural thing. Got some Kalbi (marinated beef short ribs) and some ja Jiang myun (black bean noodles) and they were both delicious. We had the dumpling starters and they were probably better than I get in the US. The ja jiang myun doesn't taste like what you are used to, but was really good. It is spicy though so beware. I kind of want to come back and try some other dishes.
