Raelynn also gave me a complimentary deep conditioning. I generally don't comment on other reviews but I must say something about the 2 star review left by Dana L. I was the other half of that double booking today. I booked on the website so I was on the Schedule but the other client said she sent a text message. I was thinking of offering my appointment to her, but she left before I had a chance. She walked out even before giving the Raelynn a chance to make good on the situation. From my perspective this seemed like an unfortunate situation, but the salon did want to make it right somehow. I don't know the Raelynn personally but the 2 times she's cut my hair she seemed very personable, thoughtful, and client focused.

I called for an appointment and had to wait a week, but if they're that good, they're busy, right? So, I went in this morning for my appointment with Missy, what a wonderful woman! I haven't cut my hair in over 2 years (yikes!) and we decided what would look best for me. We chatted and she cut, professional all the way, I must say.
