From the moment Lisandra answered the phone, she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She never sounded rushed or irritated, and she actually listened to what I was saying. Sadly, that's becoming rare in healthcare these days. She made me feel heard and was able to get me in quickly without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Anneliese was just as impressive. She came in prepared, asked all the right questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and got me exactly what I needed. The entire visit was efficient. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, but I never felt rushed. I felt cared for. Healthcare workers have been under an incredible amount of pressure, and I know burnout is real. The manager told me this when I wanted to pay out of pocket to do my child well child visit ahead of the 1 year timeframe insurance allows. This Is illegal!!!!! I reported it to the head of CPP and they did nothing. The office manager still will tell you that your insurance is not yours it's 100% up to them to use. Also the MDs here are so bad! They will not even discuss what's best for the patient and will only go by "standard of care" guidelines. Ignorant MDs just keep you sick!!

Well that was a lie and I have the exact same bill this year from labs not covered by my insurance. Therefore, I cannot recommend this UCHealth location. They lies, don't listen when patients decline services, and then bill for the declined services. I believe this is medical malpractice, but the bill is less than lawyer fees so just trying to get the word out; these guys are complete crooks.

Dr. Laura Brown was my PCP and she was wonderful- she did everything she could to help me with my chronic migraines and for that I am extremely grateful. Once she had a baby, I saw a few different doctors throughout my visits and they were all just as amazing. I get the refill thing - my migraine meds had to go through them to get refilled every time, because they were afraid of the risk of rebound headaches from taking them too often. It sucks, but it is what it is. Yes, you have to schedule an appointment any time you want to talk to them about something, but that's not really their fault. If people weren't so litigious then they wouldn't have to be so careful, they wouldn't have to cover their own butts against angry patients suing them, or against over-prescribing opiates and contributing to a person getting addicted or overdosing (or selling their drugs to other people). I usually don't like to review clinics/ doctor's offices on Yelp because it only hurts our already broken healthcare system, but if a good review can mitigate a bad one, then I don't see why I shouldn't give my opinion.
