Overall the facility had all the necessities, although it is a little dated. The location is good and about a 3 min walk from the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn Station. Prices were ok (4 people for 2 hours and we paid ~48€ including shoe rental) and surely cheaper than the other options in the area (such as the bowling in the Alexa mall). Two stars off because of the lack of variety in bowling balls (although the place was packed, there were no light balls for me to use, and being a pretty small girl, my hand felt pretty beat up the next day from the 12-pounder I had to use) and the fact that the kitchen closes as 9pm (even during astro bowling night, where tons of people are there, even at midnight). They can bring down drinks, but also there is a fridge where you can grab drinks and make it self service as well. I don't know if food is allowed down there, but it doesn't seem like it. There are only two lanes so it's pretty small. After playing we sat upstairs and had a light dinner. The pizza was perfect for sharing and tasted pretty good. The crust was light and good. Also the service was super friendly and the bartender that got us set up downstairs showed us how to play and use everything and was very helpful. Ambiance upstairs was candlelit and really nice. Would highly recommend!

Worst bowling center I've visited so far. I have been here on several occasions, but there hasn't…read morebeen one time where I would leave as a happy customer. The personnel seems extremely demotivated and was unfriendly in many cases. We sometimes had to wait almost an hour before they noticed us. If you don't have this service, it's not a problem, but once you offer it, it should be a bit better. Then we had some problems with the lanes: one wasn't flat at all, all balls would move in one direction, the other time the floor was extremely sticky (someone probably spilled a drink and it wasn't cleaned up properly), one time the ball was stuck and it took them 10 minutes before we could continue (bear in mind we pay per hour, not per play). My last encounter was very negative as well: I had overcome my aversion from all last times, because my colleagues wanted to go bowling there. A few hours before we would go, they proposed to move my reservation or cancel it. When I asked them if I could at least bowl at the original price (it gets more expensive later in the evening), they impolitely said: no can do! I will never go back to that place. It's the most horrible bowling center in Berlin, and I will recommend to find any other place to go bowling.
