Dr. Taylor Sutherland is also one of the nicest dentists I have seen in my 70 plus years on this earth. Her concern for her patients is remarkable and she has a way of making you feel like you are special even when you are being a little challenging. In response to some of the previous reviews regarding payment of dental services, I would like to say that several times when I was given an estimnated cost of service, the actual fees were less than originally stated. I was not asked to pay the original amount and then wait for a refund. I was asked to pay the adjusted amount (which was a nice surpirse to pay less than anticipated.) As a senior citizen, I would recommend Dr. Moore and Dr. Tayhlor Sutherland to anyone who needs a little extra patience when having dental work performed.

He educated me on future complications/what to avoid/what to watch for. His assistant was wonderful. I have had no problems since (knock on wood). The next day (so Saturday), the same gal who called me at 7am called to check on me. The best customer service I think I have ever had in my life. Again, I will be switching to this office. I have been to many dentists, and this is the #1 as far as friendliness and service. No billing issues. I'm happy to say we found it at KC Family Dental. Our 3 year old son had his first visit and it was a success! The hygienist approached him at his comfort level and he even let her clean his teeth a bit. Dr. Brent answered all of our questions about what we needed to do for his oral health and had a great personality to work with kids. Fast forward to my appointment and it turned out I needed multiple fillings on both sides of my mouth and a crown. I was nervous to have that amount of dental work done and be in a dental chair for over 2 hours but I'm happy to report it went very well. Dr. Brent and her assistant could not have been nicer during the whole experience and the combination of their friendly attitudes and confidence made me comfortable. The addition of having a TV to watch while I had the work done was also a great distraction.

My experience as a new patient at Crossroads Dentistry came down to a repeated lack of respect for…read moremy time and a miserable experience in the chair on top of it. From the very first phone call, I was clear: I have real time constraints, and I did not want to split X-rays and cleaning into separate visits. I asked to do everything in one appointment. I was told that would push my start date out, and I accepted the wait to avoid multiple trips. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't do the cleaning that day and I'd have to come back -- the exact thing I'd asked to avoid. What made it worse was that I was surrounded by other patients who appeared to be getting their cleanings, so the claim that it couldn't be done didn't add up. The dentist found a few cavities, so on my way out I again asked to combine the cleaning and fillings into one visit. They agreed. Yet at that appointment, I got the cleaning, was sent back to the waiting room for fillings, waited about 20 minutes, and was then told the dentist was too backed up and I'd need to return -- either later that day or another day entirely. That's now a third trip for something I explicitly tried to schedule in one, and it doesn't even account for the deep cleaning or Invisalign still ahead. The X-ray process itself was also rough. The assistant handled the apparatus so aggressively that at points I thought my gums were bleeding from it scraping against them. On top of that, a second assistant had to come in and redo the X-rays because they weren't done correctly the first time. Between the constant rescheduling and the care I received, I won't be returning. Whether it's a scheduling problem or something else, the office here does not respect its patients' time.

I was immediately impressed with Dr. Herre's knowledge of TMJ. He also teaches other dentist how to treat this condition so I would consider him an expert. Dr. Herre made me a bite splint and at first, I will be honest, the expense was really hard to swallow. However, when you consider that the hour long follow up visits (all included) for weeks and weeks afterwards, it really makes the cost more understandable. Anyway, I have had my bite splint for 5 weeks now and the proof is in the pudding. I went from someone who spent probably 10 days a month in bed with migraines to being nearly headache free. Before I also had other symptoms like not being able to chew foods, ear pain, facial pain and all of it has disappeared. My husband is thrilled that I'm not tired all the time anymore.
