Every visit here is gut-wrenching due to certain office managers. . If they don't cancel the appointment you made six months in advance to fit their schedule, they make you wait 30 minutes or more in their lobby when they could have called you to let you know they were running late. My husband and I moved heaven and earth to accommodate when their hygienist was sick. What was our thanks? Sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes once we arrived (we arrived 10 mins early so 30 minutes. I have never had them call me on time when I arrive promptly for an appointment so here's a tip : if you have to use them like I do just arrive 13 minutes late for every single appointment (their policy is to cancel if you are 15 minutes or more late. That way he will eat into their normal 30 minute wait time and only have to wait about 15 minutes once you arrive. Also make sure that you call before you leave to confirm your appointment and hang onto your appointment cards. I had an appointment card that listed the date and time and when I checked in, I was told that I must have gotten the date or time wrong (blame the customer). When I showed them the card, they just said " I'm sorry we can accommodate you today and we'll try to squeeze you in for an appointment in the next couple of weeks." Bottom line: stay away if you have a choice or until they replace the incompetent front. Great Dentists, generally bad front office staff which is sure to challenge your blood pressure.

I went in that afternoon and the salesgirl I found out her name was Lindsey, was sitting there in the front office. I told the receptionist I was there to get my X-rays. She said no problem, just fill out this release and give me your ID and I will get them for you. I filled out the form, but before I handed it in I told the receptionist I was taking a photo of it for my records, then I turned it in. She was very nice, then she started getting my records, then Lindsey got up and went over and told her she can't give me my records they have to go to corporate and the receptionist looked at her confused. The receptionist apologized and Lindsey refused to acknowledge me or speak to me and walked off.i said this is why im going to another office and I'm going to call your corporate office and report you. I left and called their corporate later and they told me there was no evidence I had filled out the paperwork so they couldn't release my records, but they would send me a new one. I told her that was a lie I had filled it out and took a photo of it in their office on their counter so I had proof, they asked me to forward it to them and apologized for the behavior and said they would follow up. I emailed the picture of the release and as of today, 7 days later, I have never received my X-rays as I requested even though I signed and sent the release. They are purposely withholding my medical records that I paid for and I am now reporting the office to the dental board and the BBB for refusal to send me my medical records. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!

Then I went to Wright Parkway and I was told I had severe gingivitis, deadly bacteria, and around 12 cavities. I was told similar things about my kids' teeth. I had to pay out of pocket for everything and every visit led to more issues rather than resolution. I wish I had gotten a second opinion after my first visit there. It would have saved me so much heartache and money.

You may look him up on the Florida medical license lookup database to see for yourself! Many people do not know you may look about anyone who is licensed. You see many interesting things. Pretty much every single thing necessary is there. i.e. education, license information, location of business, liability insurance info, any items reported against them will be shown. I was surprised to see that section! Honestly, it really shows so much info and aides you in being your own patient advocate if the database is medical related. My daughter recently had wisdom teeth removal surgery performed by Dr. Horne. She developed issues…read moreimmediately afterward and the staff took fabulous care of her. A few weeks later, She developed some problems in that area. Dr. Horne did not hesitate to schedule time for her. He and his staff went above and beyond by recommending personal friends in another state for her to continue care should she have more issues. They continued to keep in contact and to communicate with my daughter and the oral surgeons they connected her with. This continuum of care resulted in complete healing and minimum stress for our family.
