He was immediately answering our calls/texts & showing up in person to check progress. David even delivered doors, lights & extras. I cannot praise David & the Mighty Dog team enough for the quality & care of the the craftsmanship done on our home. David made sure to take care of every detail I requested down to small details like new house numbers, kick plates & slide locks on new doors. Of course the team handled special requests like tempered glass security storm doors, new entry doors, new handles & locks. Our 38 year old windows were replaced with modern windows. The craftsman did an excellent drywall job preparing for the crew to put up new trim around inside windows. Turned out great. Old water & termite damage was uncovered when removing original wood siding from 1989. The crew repaired, insulated & wrapped my home & hung new siding. All house trim & facia was replaced on porch. I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.

I thought Quality Choice did a great job on our roof and other roofs in our neighborhood. They were…read moreworking on other neighbor's roofs and did a cold call to our house to do a free roofing estimate. Two of the men climbed around our fairly steep roof and carefully marked hail damage using white chalk on our dark roof. I was impressed because I had never seen this attention to detail before. They did not push us with any typical hard sell you often get. They just checked in on occasion when they were in the neighborhood to see if we were interested in them doing the work. I filed a claim, the adjuster came out and confirmed, yes, we had adequate hail damage from last May to get a new roof. Two guys came out for us to sign the contract and were very polite and cordial. We scheduled the roof install for last Wednesday. As promised, the Quality Choice Team dropped off the supplies Tuesday. As promised, the Quality Choice Team showed up beginning at 7:00 AM and then roofing commenced promptly at 8:00 AM. They planned to complete the roof on Wednesday; however, a small team showed up to complete the roof on Thursday. Which was not a problem at all. The foreman, who had been present since he did the initial evaluation of our roof damage, was present the entire time, overseeing all aspects of the roofing job, picking up stray nails, staples, etc., and I believe taking photographs. My husband said they did a drone filming of the roof, although I haven't seen it, nor did I know about it. The other neighbor's roofs that Quality Choice repaired looked great and their yards and shrubs didn't appear to be damaged. We picked up maybe 2 small handfuls of errant nails/staples. I think Quality Choice did a fine job on "30-year shingles" for our roof. They did not contest the insurance estimate. nor alter it in any way. I told him that was too much and I would tarp it myself. He told me if I hired his company to do the roof replacement, the $500 would be applied to that total, but if I went with a different company I would owe the $500. I thought that was a fair deal, so I had him tarp the damaged roof and agreed to use his company for the job once the insurance claim was processed. Two months later when insurance finally completed the claim, I had Bullard Roofing put on a new roof as we had agreed. After the job was done, Jalon called asking if he could come by and pick up the payment. He said that it would be for the roof job plus the $500 for drying in the roof. I reminded him of our agreement, but he said we never had that conversation and I owed the $500. If you use Bullard, make sure you get everything in writing. Do not make any verbal agreements with this company - they won't honor them. Bullard's crew also tried to take two unused metal roof panels that were included in the price I paid with them after the job was completed. Thankfully I caught them taking the panels on my security camera so I was able to get them back. The roof job looks fine, but I'm disappointed with Bullard's dishonesty about the $500 and their crew trying to steal two roof panels.
