They have pools for them and a large sand pit for digging. There is a very large backyard with a high fence and they are NEVER caged. They sleep on the furniture like the kings and queens they are. I am so thankful I found them. April is so wonderful with the dogs and Emma took to her immediately (she was a shy puppy). I can not say enough good things about them...THE BEST!!! And Emma agrees, especially about the homemade treats that are always on hand!!

I love that early start option !! Penny has been overnight boarded as well and we have never had a single issue !! Highly recommend ! Penny stays allllll day !! 6:30 am till almost 8 pm. Wouldn't have it any other way. The next day she is exhausted and rightfully so !! Our 70 lb "baby" has a ton of energy and walks 4 miles a day most days. Unfortunately, upon returning home, both dogs were dirty and ill, requiring immediate veterinary attention for vomiting and diarrhea with blood. It was determined that they had infections contracted at your facility. I communicated this situation to your team and requested assistance with the veterinary bills, which totaled $745--a reasonable amount compared to typical veterinary care. However, I was informed that only $200 per dog would be covered due to your insurance policy's limitations. This response is unacceptable; it shifts blame onto your insurance rather than addressing the underlying issue. I declined the financial offer due to its degrading and insulting nature, as it demonstrated a lack of empathy towards the client and their pet. The amount of the bill, whether $200 or $2,000, should not dictate the level of care and accountability expected from your facility. Given our substantial investment, totaling thousands of dollars, we anticipated a higher standard of service and concern for our pets. The lack of empathy and accountability in this situation is disappointing and does not reflect the loyalty we have shown as clients.

My answer was , she may sometimes not get along w smaller dogs . She immediately said well we dont separate by size . First of all, not what i said and 2nd of all your website CLEARLY reads : "we place in groups by size, age, disposition ". I was just trying to explain that my dog would just really benefit from an evaluation and they can determine and place her where they see fit? It was like she was trying to deter me from coming in and pretty much argumentative. It was bizarre. I then explained that the day care closest to my home does not have cameras which is why I was interested in their day care. She immediately said well we dont have cameras either. I was confused because i just read on their website , verbatim " we have closed circuit video monitoring" . She said well we have very high end clients and there was a lot of theft here so those cameras are for that . I told them their website is very misleading . They could of course care less.
