The surgeon gifted me 3-4 treatments at the Vista to aid with the sagging around my knee area. The esthetician "Gina" was not happy that the surgeon did this, and let me know that "it was not going to help, and you would have to keep doing this all the time". She made me feel completely uncomfortable and made me feel that I was getting a procedure that I didn't deserve. Even though in total have spent over $25K at this center. I planned on being a customer for life, but after this incident, I will never return, nor refer this place to anyone I know.

I have certainly taken advantage of their laser hair removal services, silkpeel microdermabrasion, cosmetic BOTOX, and top-of-the-line skincare products. Today, however, Dr. Sumner proved her skills go above and beyond just cosmetic too true Wellness. I suffer terribly from the side effects of clenching! Chronic migraines, inflamed temples, aching neck and occipitals... I was aware of Botox options to treat migraines, but had never pulled the trigger. Today I made that decision. Where I would go to receive my Botox wasn't even a question! Of course I'm going to go to a physician, licensed, with a proven understanding of anatomy, muscle structure, tender points, as well as someone with an understanding of the consequences of a "miss." Once again, Dr. Sumner and the Lewisville laser & Aesthetics team came through! Unlike my neurologist that takes months to get an appointment, I was seen the same day. And unlike medical spas that dilute their Botox, I know what I'm receiving from Lewisville is quality. Whether you are looking for a provider to meet your cosmetic needs or your pain management needs, you have found the place! Don't cheat yourself on a fly by night deal, entrust your care to a professional!

They have helped me understand what is going on and we are working together to get my health on the right track. What they do is working and I can see it. I do believe there are ways to increase your health besides pharmaceuticals that mask the problem. I have learned what vitamins and minerals I am deficient in and now I take them and use food as well. This was the first group of doctors that would even talk with me about checking those. Believe me I had asks my primary doctor several times and I am now 55 and just getting answers. The only thing they checked was my vitamin D levels, which were off. RIH dug deeper, found other deficiencies and also found I had a mutation that did not allow me to absorb the vitamins properly. Who else would have helped me to discover this? Thank you RIH! I am so happy I found this group of doctors willing to get to the root of the issue and not just give me a pill to mask it!! It is well worth the drive (it takes me an hour) and cost. I can not recommend this practice enough!

I am newish to town and have been searching for a Dr who uses the Allē Rewards Program for Botox…read moretreatment. I was referred to Dr. Chaudhary by someone and I am so glad I went to visit her! When I arrived, I was greeted and asked to complete my medical history form. Once that was finished I was promptly brought to the back, where my face was photographed at all angles for before pictures. Dr. Chaudhary came in just a moment after the photos were completed. She asked me what I came to see her for and gave me a complete run down on all the products she could offer me (Botox and Dysport) and what to expect from each. (Be aware the cost of the products in NC are a little more expensive than in other states.) I ultimately chose to go with Botox as that is what I was familiar with. Typically I start to see results within two weeks, but this time I saw results within a few days. I will say the thing I like the most about Dr. Chaudhary is that she really cares about what the client wants and wants the client to be happy with their results. I went back for a follow up appointment after 2 weeks and asked about other products I was interested in, which she explained were not a good fit for me. I can say she is completely transparent about what the products do and she wants to ensure that you, as the client, have realistic expectations. Also, she isn't peddling her products just to make a buck, so no pressure. I will be back to see Dr. Chaudhary!!

Meaning that someone arriving for a 1 PM appointment is locked out of the building, exposed to the elements and left standing or sitting on the ground if they arrive 15 minutes early to wait for an 1 pm appointment unless they sit in a car. This is careless and damaging for patients and the community for two reasons: (a) it encourages people to sit inside of cars, with AC running on a hot day, which is wasteful and bad for the environment; (b) it discriminates against and punishes people who did not arrive by car or may have gotten dropped off because they are not drivers themselves, which includes many elderly patients. I understand that staff needs to eat lunch and it makes sense to close the practice during that time, but the assumption every patient arrives by car and is willing or able to use it as a makeshift waiting room or else camp out on the sidewalk is a disappointing combination of cluelessness or thoughtlessness. Please at least add outdoor seating so an elderly patient can sit while waiting for the doors to open. Thank you.
