I would have given this store a 5 star review but the employee, Doug, was unwelcoming and rude to us, at first. We asked about places to visit for dining and entertainment, after confirming that he was indeed a local, and he seemed annoyed and evasive. After a couple minutes of dialogue and anecdotes he began to become more pleasant and shared his favorite local places to visit, finally. If you do not like working with tourists then find another job, Doug.

    My cray pride shirt!

I have had many gay friends in my life. I am straight, but even before I went to NOLA I put this shop and Bourbon Pub and Parade in my planner. I really wanted to get a NOLA themed pride shirt to show my support. The owner was the clerk, I believe. He was so funny and friendly. They have tons of pride items and lots of risque novelty items too. It's just such a fun place. The prices were nice too. I ended up with a pride cray shirt. I sent a photo to my new friend I'd met at BP&P the night before and got his seal of approval. Tons of stuff to look at and a great way to support. Love the sign on the front door too. One of the best gift shops in NOLA!

GREAT STORE! The manager Doug McCarthy was so nice and personable. I collect bartender bottle openers and we walked the entire street looking for them. We always stop by this store and knew they had them, but searched other stores along the way. But it was a waste of time. NO OTHER STORE had a REAL bar key like Bourbon Pride did. I also found a few additional goodies like this stunning stemless wineglass that I didn't know I needed. This is where we always stop for souvenirs. It's a must stop! Thank you Doug!

I needed to add some QUEER accessories to my wardrobe and this tiny little shop on Bourbon Street across from Clover Grill was exactly the place I needed. They have a decent selection of t-shirts, tank-tops, shorts, hats, stickers, jewelry, cards, gifts, flags, and more. Josh works behind the counter. He is the owner and the face of Bourbon Pride. He was VERY nice and helpful. He was kind enough to get product of of the back when I couldn't find a size shirt that I looked for and even offered to print some more shirts in a color and style that I liked. Thanks Josh! I appreciate great guest service and I will come back to your store again! I love to shop local and I am happy to support 'family'!! Check 'em out!!

Cool shop with numerous interesting New Orleans souvenirs and other knick-knacks. Shop manager was cool and daughter bought an awesome rainbow bow-tie. They provide military and teacher discount.

I always stop in this little gay friendly shop on Bourbon. They sell everything from sexy greeting cards, silly shirts to dildos and underwear In the back. The store does cater to men though. The shop keeper was super sweet and engaged us in conversation that felt more like a talk between old friend rather than small talk. The merchandise is fun and the employees are friendly and cute. Worth a look.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rarely have I felt genuinely welcome in a retail shop. And an array of fun goodies for the curious shopper.

But a vivid memory. I remember LOTS OF color and lots of beauty. This store has that too!! There are SO many cute and affordable gifts in this store. I got my son a wooden glider plane because even though he's 10 he still LOVES making paper airplanes and flying them. I also got him a change purse, one of those cute sandwich plastic coin purses we all had as kids that says "candy money." I bought quite a few cards there and I got myself the line a day memory journal, which is the "One Line a Day," for 5 years. For ME. Everything about this store is curated so well. Adults have plenty to choose from: Fred items, funny and kitchy cards and beautiful gifts. They also have so many beautiful tissue papers and gift wraps and bags. Not to mention that the store ITSELF is beautiful! I really need this woman to come and design a space for me. Because it was so beautiful, well curated. Asthetically pleasing, and inviting. I will be back if I'm in NOLA again. Otherwise PLEASE visit this adorable store!!
