Kevin and his family certainly go the extra step in helping make a good choice! I bought a16 foot Dometic power awning! I installed this unit but had a few questions! I called Kevin, described my issues and he called back promptly, resolved my issues and it is installed and works perfectly! by buying here and installing myself, saved well over $1250.00 !! read more

We were looking for lower bracket clips for our carefree awning. Called before making the drive and left a message. He called back quickly. Once we arrived he was super helpful. He explained the awning parts to us and even cut the awning track so we could fit it in our car. We've been going to several RV surplus stores in the area and this was definitely the most helpful experience. I'll be going here more often read more
