I took the same script to Publix pharmacy and was over the top impressed with their customer service. The tech and the pharmacist did some research and discovered the PA who wrote the prescription made an error in the dosage. They took the initiative to call the clinic and have a new correct Rx sent to them. The final cost to me was $15.00. The net is I'm finished with CVS!.

However I'm extremely concerned with the other side of the coin. The deli floor looks like it's falling apart from what I can see and the kitchen is so small compared to other locations, there's no place to comfortably stand or sit to wait for your order unless you go back outside to wait in your car in which you risk missing your order and what's the point of having items on the menu if you don't even serve them anymore. The customer service my husband and I recently received here was exceptional. We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. During our short wait in line we also observed other customers receiving the same respect and care. Kudos to this pharmacy and their staff for exhibiting such professionalism. We appreciate you!

This happens if you go inside or wait in the drive-through. Their excuses they don't have enough people working. Maybe if they paid their people better they would have more pharmacist. Had to switch bc of my insurance. Pharmacy lost my prescription. Every time I call, I am on hold…read morefor over an hour. Went into pharmacy and the lady at the register decided to blurt out what each of my medications for. My prescription had to be resent in, I still don't have it filled, from Friday to Tuesday. The lady before me stood at the window to get a pharmacist's opinion for a good 30 mins, and when she about walked away, THEN the pharmacist decided to come ask if she needed help. Mind you they were NOT busy at this time. If you are busy, then hire someone to strictly answer phone calls. I will be switching pharmacies. Wish I could go back to my old pharmacy. :(
