After each visit she'd tell us how the girls were doing and reassured us that they were fine...and pictures to prove it! While I still worry on vacation, I know that Mystery and Mayhem are very happy when she visits and so I'm not as filled with anxiety as I would otherwise be. I am so grateful that we have someone we can trust. She is the very best! Also, Amy takes the best pictures! I don't know how she does it, but if she ever needs a second career, pet photographer could be it!

Most adults were scared of my dog when they meet him (just because he's so big!) But it didn't even phase Lindsey when he wanted to bark and jump on her with excitement to have a new friend over . She listened very well to our instructions and even gave my dog eye drops while we were gone! She spent plenty of time with them and kept the appartment very clean. My pets love her! Lindsey made sure to ask me plenty of questions that I didn't even think you cover, such as asking what commands my dog listens to. I wish She could live here and always be our pet sitter! I used Merrypets for group hikes for my dogs. My dachshund would come home appearing happy, and I…read moreassumed he was having a great time. Looking back, I think he was just happy to be home. I started noticing he would growl when I touched him, which was very out of character. At first, I didn't think much of it, but as it worsened, I examined him more closely and was shocked to discover scabbed areas under both of his front legs, resembling severe rugburn. After another hike, I checked him immediately upon return and found his front legs raw and bleeding in multiple spots, with his fur matted in tight knots. I took him to urgent care, and the veterinarian confirmed the wounds were fresh trauma. My dog is 8 years old and very active, but because he's never been off leash before, I had specifically requested that he be kept leashed on hikes. The other dogs were off-leash, and I worry that while trying to keep up with the group, the handler, Caitlin, may have dragged him when he couldn't keep pace. I reached out to Mary for an explanation but received no clear response or indication of concern for my dog's condition. I asked Mary if she would cover the vet bill. Instead, she said she wanted to speak directly with my vet. When I brought that request to my vet, they informed me that she did not have a right to access my pet's medical information due to HIPAA laws. Despite everything, I was kind enough to let the situation go--but I refused to pay the bill for the hike where my dog was injured. Now Mary is charging my account anyway. A good business owner would have shown concern and at the very least offered an apology. Instead, she has shown no empathy and no accountability. This experience was incredibly distressing. I cannot recommend Merrypets based on what happened and how poorly it was handled. My dog has had no more injuries since he stopped going out with Merry Pets. He's happy again and no longer growls at me.

My brother in law is a great vet in Spanish Fork but I come to Canyon View because it's near my home. I have been happy with the care my dogs have received here. As far as grooming, Jordan always does a great job. Whether I have my golden doodle's hair longer for winter or shorter for summer, she always looks great! I recommend this clinic!

You know how some petsitters adore dogs but agree to take on cats? That's not good enough for me…read more-- I wanted someone like Jennifer Tonge who ONLY sits cats because she loves cats most. I'm almost afraid to give a glowing review because it might go viral (LOL) and then she'll be harder to schedule. But I won't let that peril stop me. I am so grateful to Jennifer for her loving care of my two ragdolls for sometimes extended periods of time. She takes care of business -- cleaning the litter, feeding the cats, cleaning up any messes -- and then devotes the rest of the time to trying to get the cats out from under the bed, and then to a play session. I know I'm not stressed to leave the cats in her care because they're as well taken care of as they can be without two owners being there with them 24 hours a day. If you live within her smallish territory, you'll be happy you called Jennifer.
