I questioned her saying that I found both in the $15 bin, and she told me I was wrong and they were in the 30% off section. My boyfriend chimed in at this point and made a remark about that being false advertising, and the lady said, "no it's not." At this point I just told her I no longer wanted it and we left. However reflecting on this I know she was probably trying to scam me as even with a 30% off discount the top and bottom would not have been $79.
