They did this without warning, calling or anything. Apparently some of their surveys are better than others and I would, if I were you, go with a different surveying group just to be on the safe side because they've caused a great deal of frustration and headaches.

I personally have not met this agent, rather he was the sellers agent for a potential property I was interested in. I made offers on the property which I felt was "overrepresented" in its listing. He states it was being sold "as is" and no where in the listing was that noted. When we exercised our option to break the contract due to not agreeing to inspection issues, it took more than 3 weeks to return earnest money and when it finally arrived in my home the envelope had no postage and was stuck in my front door. The envelope was opened as well. Attention to detail please.

She was very patient and helpful with explaining everything to me and worked very quickly to get me prequalified and ensure that I got a great interest rate.
