It was an hour before my flight so I wanted to get one more drink in. It doesn't have a menu with the drinks listed. You just go order something. If they have it, you get it. Since it was still in the morning, I ordered a vodka and orange juice. This is about $9 which is pretty high, but it's not any worse than other airport bars and restaurants. Much better than the other bars in the airport. Friendly service from the bartender. Just order beer or simple cocktails to avoid excessive spending.

Rachel is the reason we keep coming back to Sammy's…read more Some bartenders pour drinks. Rachel builds a whole experience. From the second you walk in, she greets you like family, and before you've even settled onto your stool, your drink is already on its way, made exactly how you like it. Mine's a Tanqueray and tonic, my wife's is a lemon drop, and Rachel has never once needed a reminder. She doesn't just do that for us. She knows everyone at that bar by name and exactly what they drink. And those drinks are killer. Her lemon drop is perfectly balanced, never too sweet, and my T&T comes out crisp and right every time. You can tell she takes real pride in her craft. But what really sets her apart is her energy. Rachel lights up the whole room. She's quick, she's funny, she's warm, and she makes a busy bar feel like your neighborhood spot. She's juggling a full bar and still makes every person feel like the most important customer there. Mark my words: one day Rachel is going to be running her own place, and when she does, we'll be the first ones through the door. Until then, Sammy's is lucky to have her. If you're coming in, sit at the bar and ask for Rachel. You'll thank me later.

This was my absolute worst airport food experience and I travel twice a week for my job…read more The only decent part of our experience was the server that greeted us. It went downhill from there. I ordered an omelette but was served a scrambled mess. When I told her I ordered an omelette not scrambled eggs she said "oh that's how he cooked it". I couldn't put enough salt and pepper to make it edible. The breakfast potatoes weren't even warm and had no flavor at all. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and no peppers. It came with sausage and peppers. What a waste!

This place would be packed but, Mr, badass with the bottle opener holster has to be here. I'll just walk over to Terminal B and get drinks from now on.

Not only are his drinks incredible, but he is also kind, friendly, welcoming, and always attentive to his guests. Every time we're in Las Vegas, even though we don't stay at Planet Hollywood, we make it a tradition to spend our Friday and Saturday evenings at Glass Bar. We always make sure Joe is working because no one makes a sangria like he does. If you're visiting Glass Bar, do yourself a favor and ask Joe to make you a sangria. You won't be disappointed! He truly makes the experience memorable, and he's one of the reasons we keep coming back.

This is a glorious punk-oriented dive bar. That should be real clear from the distance you have to travel into a very undescript section of Vegas to get to it. On the outside, everything should already be screaming YES to you if you have a taste for great bars like these. For example, the first time I ever visited, on top of the marquee bill was Jello Biafra. Yeah it's like that. The music, the vibe, the crud - it's all on point. The cocktails are colorfully named and presented (I'm sure plenty of reviews will highlight the toilet shot) but I'd say they're kind of the weakest part of this joint. Just stick to straight booze, rejoice that you're not surrounded by as loud AF bachelorette party on a casino floor, and get hammered in the "Happiest Place on Earth'.

Fantastic grungy dive bar in Las Vegas!…read more I honestly can't believe it's taken us so long to check this venue out, especially since concerts are always free here. Our favorite punk band, The Mormons, happened to be playing here which is what drew us in. Loved the atmosphere with dollar bills and some R rated photo strips hanging around the bar area along with various stickers & graffiti filling the rest of the space. Truly feels like a quintessential Vegas dive bar. Bartenders weren't overly friendly, just there to do their job, but they served beers / cocktails quickly. We had a few PBR's which were $5 each. Fellow patrons were really friendly. I even made a friend during the show! For anyone with sensitive ears, the speakers are LOUD, so be sure to bring your ear protection. I loved the loud music, but my husband was suffering a bit. As per a usual dive bar, it is also smoky inside. If cigarette smoke bothers you, snag a spot near the entrance since they leave the door open for fresh air. This was everything I expected from a dive bar with a small stage for cool bands. We'll be back!
