Great communication from the start, and very efficient service. Steve was at the party venue before my arrival and was quick to set up. The play arena was clean and in good condition and clear information regarding play information collection was given. We also hired the diddy cars which children from the age of 1 to 10 loved, we just wish we'd hired more than 2 as they were so popular. The play arena included a bouncy castle, ball bit and slide so offered a lot of options for the 11 children aged 1-10 that attended but also plenty of room for parents to be close by to younger children. Steve arrived at the time he advised and was quick to pack up. He was friendly and helpful throughout and I would recommend him to anyone considering a soft play type event without the restrictions that some soft play centres offer such as age/food limitations etc. Additionally, it was very good value for money as the play arena and two cars were £125 and we only paid £25 up front and the rest on the day. We've used Sheffield Inflatables for years for all our 3 children's birthdays and would definitely recommend! It's really easy to check availability and book online, then they always confirm the booking by phone which is reassuring. We usually have a bouncy castle but this year we got a ball pool too and they were great helping us to think about where it could go.
