Michael was fantastic to work with. From the first conversation through to the event itself, he was friendly, helpful and incredibly easy to work with. Him and his team created such a fun atmosphere on the day and were great at encouraging guests to get involved. It was clear they genuinely cared about everyone having a brilliant time. Michael was also excellent behind the scenes, helping to solve problems, adapting when needed and always looking for ways to make the experience even better for guests. I hired a bouncy castle for my daughter's 4th birthday... It arrived early by two lovely gents who assembled it and deep cleaned it, it was a complete hit with kids and adults alike, then picked up way after 8 so all the adults got to have a bounce. Excellent service, best £129 ever spent. 100% will be using again. read more

They charge us £156 for a very bad service and disco bouncy castle !!! Please be aware and check your castle when they come to set up. We ordered a disco bouncy castle for our daughter birthday for £106 ( quite expensive compared to other companies). Then the drive Came and set up and then left . We realise the disco ball is light up but not turn around and we thought we just leave it . When they come to collect they charge us £50 extra for the damage if the disco ball which we didn't use . Horrible service and felt like we have been robbed. Not recommended at all. read more

Iv used Cream Castles on several occiasions for Castles, soft play and balloons and couldn't recommend them enough. Very professional service and competitive prices. The balloons we have just received for my daughter birthday we're briliant. We will certainly be using them again. read more

Not very impressed. We hired face painting and balloon modelling. The face painter was fine - no issues. The balloon modeller turned up 25 minutes late and the first thing he did was demand payment before he did anything. Was very rude. I ask kindly to just start as he was already late. After a couple of minutes, again he stopped and demanded payment. At this point I spoke to his boss on the phone to complain whilst he stood outside waiting for payment. In all honestly I really wished I just asked him to leave. Appalling customer service. Will never use again or recommend. Yes we might have got a small discount, but still, left a very bitter taste in the mouth and totally ruined my sons party. read more

Dreadful experience Booked and paid £190.00 plus £40.00 deposit for my sons 7th birthday party in August,for the disco dome and sumo wrestling for his birthday party in September. Cream castles cancelled 2 hours before the party was due to begin. Imagine my PANIC !! I have 40 children arriving after scool and the main feature I managed to get a company from Sheffield to deliver me a dome and sumo kit. However it took cream castles 2 weeks to pay back the £190 and a whole lot of excuses in text messages, I asked for my £40 deposit back, 3 weeks later cream castles put £30.00 into my account and apologised for the long wait, and told me the £30 was a good will gesture on their behalf. However they did say my £40.00 deposit would be put back into my bank account within 2-24 hours, 1 week later again I asked for my deposit and today they put me £10 into my account. What happened to the goodwill gesture, All in all it has taken 4 weeks and 3 days for them to return my money back. read more
