I am absolutely disgusted with the online flower service offered by Rhew Hendley! I live in NY and…read moresent flowers for the funeral of a dear friends son to be delivered same day, they emailed me and said same day was not possible (it was a Saturday) so I said no problem as long as they are delivered by Monday at 10am in time for the funeral. They guaranteed the delivery then called me AFTER the funeral at 12:30 Monday morning to tell me they missed the funeral!!!!! Like seriously, you had one job and you dropped the ball. I had other options so why couldn't they have just been honest and said they couldn't do it!?!? It shouldn't take 3 days to get flowers delivered, I will never order from them again, they were reputable when I lived there but sadly no more.

They called personally to verify the order information, to check if the recipient was home before heading out to deliver the flowers, and then again to let me know the flowers had been successfully delivered. I was attempting to orchestrate all of this from 300 miles away and I was very grateful to them keeping me informed and helping me complete the remote order. When the flowers arrived, they were beautiful. A class act arrangement that was a wonderful surprise for my Cousin back home and made her day! I would definitely use this florist again.

There's picture frames on the wall, without any pictures. Not sure where the art in the supposed gallery is. I've put a chair in front of my door because I can't say I feel safe here as a solo female traveler. Tempted to move the dresser too, it isn't busy though and I haven't seen sus people. You can hear the cars going by though and even the person snoring next door. Rooms were freezing when we got inside so I quickly turned the heat up. It would be good if you're just looking for a cheap place to stay for one night, and aren't alone. But I wouldn't say it's family friendly by any means.
