The prices were reasonable. Rented tables and chairs for a small gathering. Arrived on time but the guys were not planning on setting anything up, were initially going to just lean the tables against my wall until I asked for them to be opened. The tables weren't clean but weren't horrible because we had table clothes but the chairs were filthy. I attempted to clean them but wasn't possible due to guest arriving soon. Ran out to the store and got garbage bags to cover them! Disappointed. 3 stars because of price otherwise 2.

Everything went so smoothly with my rental for my babys 1st birthday! They were so helpful and nice!

We have used bounce world twice now for a bounce house. They are friendly, clean and accommodating. We love them. Looking forward to our next rental. Thank you!

The kids loved it and the company has been amazing working with us. They have been easy to work with and to set up bookings for the summer.

Had some issues, but they made it right in the end. Customer service was rude despite ultimately making things right.

The delivery was right on time, and setup was handled quickly and professionally. Picking up the chairs/tables after the ceremony was also right on time and efficient. Communication with the company before the ceremony was also great - we needed a couple of changes, and they always responded promptly and helpfully. The wedding was held at the Peristyle at City Park, and I was worried they might run into issues because the parking right by the venue was taken, but the two men Party Rentals Delivered sent handled it without an issue. I wish I had their names - they were great! To sum it up - the last thing I wanted to deal with on the day of our wedding was a logistical issue with the chairs. Party Rentals Delivered were so professional, quick, and helpful that I honestly didn't even notice them working until all the chairs were set up! I highly recommend them for any of your rental needs.

My partner and I are planning our winter wedding. We had been in contact with Michael since August…read moreand immediately provided our floor plan to assist in the process. Throughout the correspondence with him, things seemed to be understood and going smoothly. Unfortunately, this did not last. After a couple of back and forth exchanges regarding the amount of tables and linens would be needed it seemed like it was never understood that because our venue was multi-storied (mezzanine and rooftop- indicated on the provided floor plan) we would be charged extra fees to deliver our rentals. We'd reached a point where we were being told that they needed to add a multi-level delivery fee and an extra $1000 if the items weren't delivered back to the first floor at the end of the reception. However, they stated that the multi-level delivery fee would NOT cover the delivery or set up of the chairs to the roof and that we would need to complete this task ourselves. After questioning this and asking for additional explanation to understand the fee(s), we were met with little flexibility, discontinuing of services, and the unwillingness to communicate in a medium that wasn't via email. Our take is that since our guest list was expansive, the bandwidth of the company could not cover the uncertainties that arise when you have a guest list of over 175 and are having your ceremony and reception at a multi storied venue. Therefore if you're planning a larger wedding with similar needs to ours search elsewhere.

Just wanted to share with @everyone that we had a terrible experience with Big Easy Events for…read morelinen rentals for our wedding, and hope to save others from the same misery! At our wedding there were candles, and after they picked up all the linens they emailed us saying we had to pay for every single one due to wax splatter making it unrecoverable. We were available during pickup and no one contacted us to discuss at that time. Never in many discussions regarding our order, or in person on site visits or drop off, or in our contract did it discuss use of candles or requirements in doing so, and they have pictures on their website and Instagram with candles on tables. They expected us to know that we needed plates under the candles, even votives or candle sticks in case of wind, but this being our first wedding we were not aware and were never told! Before even starting discussions with us regarding any damage, they added a $500 charge to our account to pay to purchase every linen we rented. When we pushed back via email they removed one table cloth they said was ok. When we asked for pictures we were sent pictures that raised alarm as they seemed well within what one would expect to return from a wedding rental (some examples attached). When we went there in person, after lots of heated discussion and changing stories from their representative Melanie, we removed another 10 linens from discussion that had very little wax on them, and some they were trying to charge us for just had food on them! There was also a table cloth in the pile they were trying to charge us for that had wax that was blue on it, a color we did not have at our event. So if we had not come to investigate we would have been charged for food spills as well as drops of wax from maybe wind blowing on a candle, and a table cloth that was not even at our event. I understand being asked to discuss a pile of wax from a candle, even if we had not been told before and it didn't mention it in the contract, but that was not what was brought up as an issue and getting to the point that we were just discussing those items was extremely painful. We were yelled at while keeping our voices at a normal level, and the accusations and standards of what they asked us to pay for changed throughout the discussion, making it very difficult to have a rational discussion. The price they deemed per item was way above what I found for similar table cloths brand new online, up to $38 per item. When we finally settled on what I still believe to be an unfair payment just to have this be over, they charged my card for $40 more than we agreed and did not respond to my three emails discussing the overcharge. After I finally got ahold of the owner on the phone, he said they added sales tax to our agreed upon charge. When I said that we had agreed that my card would have a charge for the exact amount and it was over that amount he said that he would credit me the whole thing and get his attorney involved instead. We genuinely would have been better off buying linens ourself than going through them. Truly the most sour experience that I have ever had with any contractor or vendor.

I told her I did not recommend it not knowing that she had dropped her kids and a friend off that morning. She immediately called me and I shared my experience with her. When she picked up her kids she informed me about their experience which was not good at all. She has posted about her experience and has gotten some positive and negative feedback from others, one of which seemed to be upset because she "bashed a small business". Yall I love supporting small businesses and I know she does to, but that does not mean we will support a business who treats people horribly just because it's a local small business. I only think if I had shared my story, I could have spared her family their experience and spared another child from having them put their hands on them. It's time for me to right my wrong and apologize to anyone who had a negative experience that my story could have prevented. Last year I took my son for horseback riding lessons. My husband and I arrived on time and were not met by anyone at the gate. We stood there and finally were met by one of the owners we will call G. G gave off a very creepy vibe I can not explain but he wasn't giving the lesson. He showed us around the stables and a few times used language I would not use around my 3 yr old. We reminded him there were little ears there and he just laugh. Finally his wife K came to give my son his lesson. We talked a few minutes and she explained she asks the parents to not interfere with the lesson and I told her I understood. She was odd and a bit condensing but we were going to give it a chance. She took my son and the pony into the round pin and she did not close it. She was fooling with the pony and did not see my son run out. He was about to sit in water so I stopped him. She yelled at me to not interfere and I told her that he ran off and was about to sit in water to which she replies she didn't know. I said exactly you didn't know where he was so I'm going to be right here watching him to make sure he is ok. The lesson was actually pretty good except a few times that I thought she expected him to understand something that a toddler wouldn't understand. Overall, though, the lesson itself was good and My son did great. After the lesson my son took off running towards the stalls and my husband went after him. K yells very ugly at my husband to leave him because he was going to spook the horses. And what do you think will happen if a 3 year old runs in the stall and spooks them. Maybe I shouldn't have brought him back, but after my husband and I talked we decided to bring him back on our terms because he loved it so much. We would make sure to stay close by to keep him safe and ignore K telling us to not interfere. We also agreed this would be a trial basis. 2nd lesson: again there was no one to meet us for a while. When we went in, K's dog came in andmy son wanted to play with her. When it was time for the lesson K told him to come over and My son said he wanted to pet the dog. K was very ugly with him and I reminded her he was 3 and loves animals. So I asked him if he wanted to ride today or if he wanted to go, he said he wanted to ride. Again, he did amazing and loved it. 3rd lesson: The dog is there again. My son immediately goes to play with the dog. K tells him he isn't here to play with dogs so he can either come ride the pony or he wasn't getting his lesson. He starts to cry and throw a tantrum jumping up and down. This lady begins to mock him jumping up and down throwing a tantrum. G is right there laughing and tells me K is wonderful with kids and does this all the time. Well I had seen enough and start walking to go get him. He starts heading to me and she grabs him to bring him toward the pony. So I tell her oh no you can take your hands off of him. I tell him let's go and he starts running to me. K attempts to grab him again and I tell her do not touch him. So I pick him up and bring him to the car. He is still very upset. This lady approaches my car and tries to tell him we'll try again next week. I turn and tell her to walk away and not to speak to my son. I close his door and start walking to the driver seat and she begins to try to give me parenting advice. I told her I was getting into my car and driving away so she might want to move. Since then I have learned about other people having bad experiences there and a child being pushed by her at a camp. I have never experienced anything like this in my life!! The worst part is my son loved riding and I can not find another place to take his age, but I do not trust these people with my child and will never bring him back.
