Horrible customer service and untrustworthy. I called to cancel my water slide bounce house due to high winds and record low almost freezing temps. It was just too cold and dangerous for the kids to play on a 15 foot water slide. The owner acted concerned for my daughters happiness at her birthday party said that he would bring a small safe non water bounce house and make me a deal. As my daughter really wanted the water slide bounce house. He told me regular prices are: The large water slide bounce is $149/day The small bounce house is $89/day He offered this deal instead of cancelling: If I paid $120 that day he would bring a small bounce for the party that wouldn't be affected by the wind and bring the large water slide bounce for only $49 more another day this summer. Sounded like a good deal to me so I trusted him and paid him. He replied to my request to book the day with the slide bounce then didn't show up when he realized it was me. Then didn't call back or return my call/texts. He stole my money and scammed me. What a jerk. I feel so dumb for trusting this guy and believing be really cared about my daughter having a good birthday and getting to play in the slide. I do NOT recommend this company. read more

The address (on the FB page) is way off. I followed the link from the FB page and it took me to the corner of Windsong and Florentine. When I couldn't find the place, I called to ask for directions and I was told to go off the map on FB... that's what I was using. I finally had my friend send me a drop-pin to her location to figure out where to go. The front office was a cluster of miscellaneous speaker boxes, cords, and folding tables/desks. The area with the bounce houses in it was EXTREMELY HOT and even with the use of a fan, it didn't even help 5%. As a parent, not nearly doing as much playing as my daughter, I was sweating bullets. Even though my daughter couldn't speak for herself - I knew she was hot and we needed to go. It took me almost 2 hours to finally cool down once we left... I just couldn't shake it. There were a ton of cords laying around. I understand that cords need to be used to power up the houses, but there should be a cover over them. Defiantly not kid friendly. And the dirty back corner of the larger bounce house was pretty gross... once we saw that we took the kids out and let them play in the smaller one for a bit before leaving. Compared to Go Bananas at the Gateway Mall... there fee w/ parents is $5 all day. This place was $7... I felt like it was WAY overpriced. I could see the $7 price if there was air conditioning. But to pay $7 to sit in my own sweat, I'll stay home and relax in the backyard while my child plays with the sprinkler. I really wish I would've liked this place. There isn't much to do for toddlers in the area and this experience just eliminated one more option off the list. :( read more

Don't use this company. I contacted them over 2 week's before the birthday party. Then the day of the party comes and I was told they would be there by 830 to set up. I messaged them at about 8:00 to make sure things were going to be on time. I get a response that just says "address". I give them my address again. I had already giving it to them many times before. Then nothing, I message a few more times with no response. Sometime after 10 Will contacts me saying they have to go pick up the bounce house with the water slide. But they could deliver just a bounce house. I told them no it was going to be to hot to play on just a bounce house. So I asked what time they would be able to deliver it, Will told me it wouldn't be till 1. Party started at noon. He said he'd give me half my money back and I said ok. 12:50 comes around I cantact Will and ask where are they the response "we're just now on the way." I called and Will didn't actually know where the guys are that are picking up the bounce house. I shed for the guys number that is actually picking it up. So I called him and they were still over an hour away from my house. Will guaranteed they would be there by 1. Probably just telling me what I wanted to here. They don't get to my house till 2:15. The bounce house is finally set up and ready to go 2 and half hours after the party started. I asked after the party when it would be picked up they said tomorrow( Monday) 10ish. I left my house around noon and it was still there. I called Will to see what's going on and complain about how late they were and Wills response was "would you've targeted us not show up at all." When I got back home around 6. It was still there. I messaged them and said I going to start charging storage fees. They messaged me they would be there tomorrow (Tuesday ). He didn't know what time. So Monday night about 8pm my dog started barking so I go out there and see some guys in my yard. So my husband goes out to see who they are and what they're doing. It was the bounce house people.
