Our son and his friends has so much fun bouncing and using two slides! I also loved that the team sanitized the bounce house after they set it up. The combo with the slides is our favorite option! My son said, I AM SO HAPPY, MAMA! To the previous reviewer: I recommend deleting your review as you were not even a customer, you didn't use the services. Emailing a business and asking them questions via email when they have an online secure booking system does not make sense and it makes sense for the business to inform that they accept online bookings on their website. Also calling a business a scam when nobody scammed you is very disturbing and not supporting a local business where people work hard!

Modern bounce is the first place in the Bay Area that I've seen offer the bubble house. You can pick 2 different color balloons for the bubble house. We went with pink and beige to match our baby shower theme. Both were a big hit with the kids and came out super cute in photos! Communication was quick, clear and easy. I was lucky to get a promo for being one of their first customers.

I cannot say enough great things about Modern Bounce! I stumbled upon their IG page and saw that…read morethey were a sweet small family (and AAPI woman!) owned business. Everything was so smooth from the initial inquiry to the breakdown of the jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated. We were all pleasantly surprised that NONE of the balloons popped and withstood the test... needless to say the quality of material is top tier! Also, they offered to comp gold 7-11 numbers on the arrangement for us! Overall, the communication was awesome and the setup/breakdown was great (takes about an hour) . And the bounce house itself was really clean and white bc they sanitize after every use. CONS: when they came to pick up the bounce house because the kids didn't want to stop playing, and they were so kind and asked the kids if they wanted another 10 minutes! The cherry on top was a birthday gift they gave my daughter, which was totally unexpected. It was so thoughtfully curated for her age! Clips, keychains, stickers, and body/lip scrub set. I don't know if they can continue to add this touch as they grow, but it was certainly a sweet gesture as a show of appreciation as they're starting out! These are significantly more than your average jumper but SO worth it! My daughter and her friends were still talking about it after the party was over. I'm thinking I should book for a grown up party next! Thanks Modern Bounce for making my girls bounce house dreams come true!

This is a new company and a sweet woman and I texted back and forth from 6pm - nearly midnight my time. Still, that's 9 pm her time. She said she would deliver the balloons 7:30 am the next day (Pacific Time). So at 10:30 am (ET), I FaceTimed with the Fam to say happy birthday. On the video, I saw her walk up the walkway to the door. Mom and Dad loved it! Best of all, my little granddaughter loved it. I can't say enough good things about this family run company, for going above and beyond and for their kindness. Also, I'd like to add that I Venmo'd the payment to her the night before. I didn't even worry, I could just tell this was a good person, doing a solid for a grandma that wanted to show her love to her grandbaby.
