This is about the pool & the, "Dive in Movies at Cosmo!" Basically, chillin' in the pool, while watching a movie. The pool was so warm! We were scheduled to see Aladdin (2019 version.) Been waiting for this. Never done something like THIS before; it was so exciting & fun! I'm in LOVE w/ this now, because of so many reasons!! Purple lounging chairs in the water. Can purchase food/drinks at the bar. Daybeds/cabanas available for rental purchase. We didn't do that, but the lounging chairs were totally fun. A beautiful view Cosmo has, especially at night of the strip at the pool area. $10 tickets for Nevada residence, $15 for non-resident, but the best part, just sign up for the, "identity rewards" & you can go to the "drive-in movies" for free. We will definitely come back again for this type of event. Worth it!!

I've been visiting the Boulevard pool for years and it's been up and down...the last visit during Covid operations went very well... There's multiple levels to pull up a lounge chair and hang out by the pool. We decided to go to the second level vs pool side because we wanted to be right under a pool umbrella for shade. The servers weren't coming up to our level but that was fine as this wasn't a drink heavily by the pool day. This time..=) We headed to the bar, when we needed drinks Bar: One lone bartender and she rocked. Masked up and knocking down the line and getting the servers trays full quickly. I appreciated that she worked with a professional sense of urgency while still being friendly. The Dole Whip drink leveled up with some run is an absolute perfect Vegas pool drink on a hot day. Pool: The pool was chilly initially but after you submerge yourself it starts feeling pretty warm quickly. The water was clear, clean and not over chlorinated. There were families with children, couples, and groups of IG story tellers in all shapes and sizes. Everyone was chill and hanging out by the pool on a nice hot quiet day. I look forward to another pool day at the Boulevard on my next Staycation at the Cosmo. Cheers!

I could have sworn I reviewed this pool after my first stay here, but I realize I factored it into my review on the hotel itself. I'll go into more detail here over all of my visits from 2018 to present time. Narrowed my pool selection down to the Boulevard Pool, and I'm so happy I did. Made it down there around 9am; for I heard how crowded it can get, but I didn't have an issue even though it was an extremely hot day in July. I settle in on a lounge chair near where you pick up your towels, then I wandered the area. There were plenty of levels for lounging, a lot of them reserved with either daybeds or loungers. The only downfall for me was that there was no shade whatsoever. I waded around up to my ankles, then I decided to dunk myself in the largest pool. My favorite was the jacuzzi tub which I had all to myself. You could constantly wander around this area and find something new around every corner, be it the central bar or the quieter one, to the multiple tv area/pool table/gaming area to the many cabanas. I spent quite some time here, and by the time I was leaving, it was getting pretty packed. I did visit the other pools and declared I was too old for Marquee, yet too young for Chelsea, which appeared to be rather family-friendly at least on the day I visited. One day, I hope I can do the Dive-In movies they offer during the summer on Monday evenings. On subsequent visits, it was in December so this was transformed into the ice rink. I didn't participate but I was glad they let me wander the grounds so I could check out the huge blue Christmas tree. Most recently during COVID times (June/July), I stopped by but didn't stay. When you're here, you want to enjoy eating and drinking, going swimming and you don't want to worry about wearing a mask, which pretty much no one did, rather understandably so. I only lasted maybe 5 minutes before I decided to leave. I can only hope things go back to 'normal' but I won't hold my breath.

Full caveat that I only came here for an event. I did not go into the pool or request any poolside service for drinks or food. I also did not see the bill, I suspect that may have knocked down another star. I guess like all things Las Vegas Strip, you have to understand that you are not getting value. That said, I expected much better from a hotel that's on the newer side, the design of the area was pretty terrible. Pros: * It was nice having a private space for the event * Food was okay, not great, but good enough * The pool looked nice, but you are removed away from the pool (which may be a good thing if your event is not utilizing the pool at all) Cons: * The area is completely exposed to the wind; during our event, the wind got really strong and everyone ended up cramming in the inside area * The food setup is a little ridiculous - food is tucked away in a corner, in order to get to half the food, you need to squeeze by people coming out, terrible logistics * My main complaint is that drink service was ridiculously slow - for an event where you are paying by the drink in an open bar concept, how can you only have one person taking drink orders for ~80+ people? On top of this, the bar was located quite far away, forcing our poor server to shuttle back and forth. Near the end of the event, they finally brought out someone else to take drink orders, but it was too little, too late.

I had an amazing pool day! I book a daybed, the cost of it goes to F&B. I did this spurge for my sister's (early) 30th birthday and she was so excited and happy when she found out. We had a bunch of yummy drinks (some werent as amazing as others) but all of the food items we ordered were great. There were 3 of us and it really took all day to meet our F&B minimum. Service was fantastic all day long from the server and the other people helping. They would regularly rearrange our umbrella for best shade options. It was so nice to have a spot all day long to go back to. I'd book again for sure.

    Chillin by the pool

Went in April. It was quiet. Good poolside service. Well made drinks, and good selection. Limited vegetarian options, but food was good. Going back in June.

Ehhhh.... went here a couple years ago and had an amazing time. Went back today and not the greatest. Paid for a premium daybed and they tried to put us in the worst location so asked to be moved and felt like a bother. Ordered the breakfast sandwich with no meat and they brought it with meat so whatever I took the meat off and ate it. Well they suddenly brought another one without meat that I didn't really eat because I was full. Well they charged us for two breakfast sandwiches and we didn't order two. I didn't want to deal with it as I had already paid a minimum and didn't have much fight left in me but we could have had another drink or food with that money. Service was not as attentive as before and felt like we would have gotten the same service just going to the bar or finding chairs. In fact, the guy seating us at our daybed tried to say how nice the original location was because it was right next to the bar.... I'm pretty sure that defeats the purpose of the daybed.... So all things considered this would no longer be my choice for a daybed/cabana.

The great pluses about this pool are: -people watching is spectacular -the views are great -the music is loud and upbeat -if you like shade in the 100 degree weather, there's a section in front of the hotel tower that is perfect in the afternoon -the daybed option is actually a good deal because a single drink is going to be $16 anyway The minuses are: -if you don't like young party people acting crazy you will be annoyed -the drinks are so bleeping expensive. $16 bucks for what tastes like half a shot of tequila -it can be quite crowded and the shape of the pool isn't too conducive for maneuvering -the service isn't that great. No server taking orders and no one picking up the used towels.

We paid for a daybed $350 and could not get a server for a bottle of water. Then I left my AirPods and called down to the pool.... a guy named Colin said they had them and we're giving them to Security/Lost and Found. When I got to Security/Lost and Found they had no AirPods. Thanks for nothing.

We had a Great Time Dining out there and enjoying the day life!!!

If you are going during peak season/ summer, book a daybed!!!! The great thing about these reservations are that it is a food & beverage spend only. So, our $150 daybed is really $150 of food and drinks throughout the day. Anything we don't spend will be an automatic charge. And it's a guaranteed spot by the pool for the whole day. Win win! On our first day at Cosmo, we secured a daybed. The location was perfect- right on the water. At first, we had a super attentive pool server but as her shift changed, we couldn't grab the attention of our new server for anything. Every specialty drink is around $17 and they are on the small side (compared to pool drinks at Aria and Caesars). Overall, the daybed is a really great deal to have the space and if you plan to be out there all day (or have a party of 3 or more), I definitely think it's worth it. For our next three days, we were at the mercy of the pool gods. If you have ever experienced a Black Friday-run-in-a-store moment, that's what grabbing chairs at 8:00 am when the pool opens looks like. If you want a seat, you better be quick and better have some belongings you are willing to sacrifice to save the seats. We were out there early so this didn't matter but I really felt for the hundreds of people that came to the pool at 9 am only to walk around and around trying to find a seat. To my best knowledge, the pool servers only serve the daybeds and cabanas so we had to hit up the pool bar for everything. This was a minor inconvenience- the pool bar isn't far and lines were moving well. You can't bring in outside food or drinks so it was the only source of refreshment available. As far as the pool itself, it is definitely a great spot to lounge and relax. While it was lively with people, it wasn't wild. I would also say that this isn't a pool for kids- most of the actual pool is super shallow and it was busy with adults and beverages, etc. The lifeguards made sure that kids were attended by adults the entire time so if you have older kids and just want them to run and play, this is not the place for you. For 100 degree heat and overall Vegas pool experience, we loved it and found ourselves here for the whole morning/early afternoon. Do yourself a favor and book that daybed! We can't wait to go back!

We weren't staying at this hotel but we came here for drinks and apps by the pool bar and it was definitely a vibe. I ordered guacamole and chips and I have the say, impressive. The guacamole was so fresh and tasted so good that I had to order more. The bartender was also friendly and provided good customer service. I would definitely come back again.

lounge chair view facing the strip & ph

I like this pool. It's more upbeat and definitely attracts a more party-type crowd than the bamboo pool. So as far as craziness goes: you have Marquee Day Club which is loud and wall to wall. You have the Boulevard Pool that is staring at PH across the strip and has a more uptempo musical vibe. And you have the Bamboo Pool which is the more chill of the 3. You have to get on it early to snag a lounge chair. I've seen it from being both a guest at Cosmopolitan and looking over from PH as a hotel guest with a strip view lookin over at the Boulevard Pool. I would say if you're not down there by 10/1030am during the Summer months and on a weekend, you're already too late. Haha... You just gotta hope to get lucky when someone leaves and alerts you so you can take their lounge chair or you gotta reserve a cabana or day bed. Bartenders and cocktail servers are super cool. Just bring your good vibes and just know, if you're looking to take a nap, this isnt the pool you're looking for. Ha! The Cosmopolitan. Gotta love it.

No sun, no fun- everyone is probably behind me trying to catch that one sliver
