I had just sold my old car at CarMax located down the road and my dad requested that we stop by Total Wine & More before I took him home. I decided to go inside with him because I was curious what they had here. He had his eye on a specific type of white wine and thanks to someone here that helped him out, he ended up clearing out all of its' inventory, buying at least six bottles of this specific brand. It was a Riesling white wine but I don't remember the full name of it. He and my mom now have plenty of wine to go through over the next couple of months lol. Here, I thought to myself, I should buy myself a bottle of wine as well. At my dad's suggestion and since I'm a big fan of Chardonnay and other types of white wine, I picked up a Nobilis white wine straight out of Portugal. When I traveled to Europe a couple of years ago, I did a lot of white wine tastings and this is pretty much how my white wine palate peaked. I've yet to visit Portugal, though. I haven't opened this bottle yet, but I already know that I'll like it. Although I don't really frequent Total Wine & More, they have a wide variety of wine and alcohol choices to choose from.

Khoury's is one of my favorite places to grab a beer in Henderson. Service is always friendly and efficient. Beer selection is great, between the draft and cans/bottles (which you can drink on site or take to go), I can always find something new or something familiar that I know I'll enjoy. They do a great job ordering a variety of beer that will suit any beer nerd's taste. It's not all about beer though, as they have an extensive wine and spirit selection with many hard to find bottles, Khoury's only store picks, and plenty of more common brands too. I'm not very into wine but everyone I know who is says that the selection here is top notch, and they have a good selection to drink on site too. The seating is plentiful inside near the bar, along one of the front walls, and on their patio, but if you visit on a night one of the popular food trucks are there, you might struggle to find seating because it gets packed. Before I started my adult beverages hiatus on New Year's Day, I had made this a depot for 32 ounce Miller High Life and 32 ounce Bud Ice bottles. They have been my favorite adult beverages to close off the night. From seeing their modern beer shelves, I can say that Liquor Depot has a good selection of bottled beer and tall boys (24 ounce cans). Currently they are one of the few stores where I have been able to purchase 32 ounce Bud Ice bottles. From the outside, the exterior looks like the decades old shopping center it is in. Inside the store is modern, clean, and has the new store scent. Both the entrance door and window facing Sunset Road brings in the sunlight that provides a brightness to the ambiance. This sunlight shines on a solid selection of wine, liquor, spirits, beer, and numerous adult beverages. The Liquor Depot is a locally owned business. I am under the impression that two men own it. When I purchased my 32 ounce beer the owners provided friendly customer service. Owing to the fact that I knew the beer that I wanted right off the bat, I never had to ask them any particular questions about the adult beverages. If I did have a question, they gave me the impression that they would be glad to answer it. After a few visits here, I am impressed with Liquor Depot. Whenever my adult beverages hiatus comes to an end, I could see myself returning here.

Very shocked by the ignorance of this place. I watched as their employee harassed a woman in the…read moreparking lot and then followed her to the business next door to harass her some more. She walked inside and asked another employee if you allow your employees to stand outside and harass people and that employee was also rude. Once the lady left he continued to harass her outside. This form of behavior from someone working at a business is absolutely sick. He was calling her all sorts of nasty names. You should be embarrassed of this employee. Not a good look. This happened around 7pm
