Never say "Never." And never say "I'm too old to try THAT." One of the things I thought I would never do is get my brows microbladed. But the older (and grayer) I got, and my misspent youth of overplucking came back to haunt me, and as fuller brows became more desirable, I decided to take the plunge. (It also helped that I read an article about Dame Helen Mirren who called it the best thing she'd ever done for herself.) Emily did the "ombre brow" technique on me, and I couldn't be happier. She is a real artist (and her own best advertisement BTW), and was sensitive to the fact that I didn't want to look 21; just look the best I could at 72. It's low-maintenance, although I still go in every few weeks for a brow tint to deal with those pesky grays. It's so wonderful to wake up in the morning and have something that shows up on my face, and not to have to spend time doing my brows (on the rare occasions that I even do a full face these days). This is a keeper for me: I tried lash extensions a couple of years ago but didn't think they did as much for me and were, at least for me, a real pain in the butt. I think Emily may be moving into some additional areas and not doing as many brows as she used to, but from what I hear everyone else there is wonderful as well. If you're worried about pain, I'd say forget it: minimal for me & not nearly as bad as fillers or Botox. Emily and Boulder Brows! read more

Averi has done my microblading twice now. She is so good at what she does. I'm extremely pleased with how they turned out. The process is comfortable and they work with you to get the best results. Once you leave, it's up to you to follow instructions to make sure you heal properly. The touch up is needed so don't forget to book it as well. The last time I wanted to go a little darker, little more bolder so she did some shading. I was nervous since it was no longer "microblading" but the actual tattoo gun. It was painless! I have also been numerous times for hair sparkles and Amairany does great with those. She is also the one who takes care of the bookings for the salon. I love my sparkles each time and they stay put! She always has several colors to chose from and will make recommendations if you need help deciding. I love the ones that look holographic in the sun. Next in seeing Jess for some pretty winged liner. I can't wait to see the results! I researched a lot before committing to microblading and I am thankful this is the place I narrowed it down to. They are truly the best. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with my brow shape and tint done by the lovely Emily. She is a game-changer in the brow game! I had very light blonde, essentially shape-less brows and Emily brought them to life. Thank you, Emily! I was also very pleased with the precautions Boulder Brows have put in place during the pandemic to protect client and employee's health and well-being. I completed all forms and wellness waivers online prior to my appointment. When I arrived, the door to the salon was locked and I was instructed to text a number letting them know of my arrival. Minutes later, I was greeted at the door by Emily (who was masked and wearing gloves) and asked to wash my hands. She took my temperature and then immediately began my service. Well done, Boulder Brows! I highly recommend you use them for all your brow needs! read more

I love this place! This was my third time there for microblading (initial and touch ups) over a couple of years. I left there every single time a very happy client. Jess definitely has the expertise and experience to work magic on my eyebrows. I have had so many compliments on them. The place is clean, beautiful, and professional. They have always responded to my requests or questions quickly and kindly. I can't wait to try other services at Boulder Brows. I have seen and noticed happy clients for other services and with other artists while I was there. I am just grateful that we have a salon of this caliber right in our backyard! read more

I started seeing Jess a few years ago and it has dramatically changed my life. I've been self conscious about my brows for years and she has allowed me to regain confidence in my appearance! I am and will always be forever grateful for her service. Boulder Brows is the most professional company I've found after doing mounds of research for years. I know I am in the best hands. They take extra precautions to keep their customers and staff safe in general and especially during the pandemic. I will go to Jess and the Boulder Brows team for my brow and facial care needs for the foreseeable future! Thank you Boulder Brows!! read more

I am super pleased with the results I received from Averi at Boulder Brows! I'm older and had "spotty" and faded eyebrows from a previous aesthetic process, and Averi was able to bring back a natural brow look with a combination of microblading and fill. I liked that so much, I tried the lip tint with Averi, and that came out even better than I expected too! Now I dont have to keep putting lipstick on (mask smears it) I have my natural lip line back from when I was younger without looking like "duck lips". I couldn't be happier with both my experiences at Boulder Brows! read more

Jessica did an amazing job on microblading my brows! Everywhere I go people compliment me on them. They look so natural, no one (besides people in the business) has ever guessed that I have had them "done". Jessica is an artist, a perfectionist, and her ability to deliver beautiful brows time and again, is unmatched. I have had two other permanent make-up artists ask me where I got my brows done because they were so impressed. One of them is even having Jessica do her Mom's brows! if you are considering this service, Jessica is, hands down, the one to go to. read more

Let me tell you, Jess is fantastic. She is not only an expert and artist when it comes to microblading, but she's also extremely patient and attentive. I wanted a somewhat unconventional brow shape (not freakish or weird, just less typical), and Jess was adamant that these brows turn out exactly as I envisioned them. And they are perfect! I also appreciate how thoroughly she explains the aftercare, which is extremely important to the ultimate result. I'm so happy I went to Boulder Brows because they are the absolute best. -Kim V read more

I got my eyebrows microbladed by Jessica and I am very happy with how they turned out! I have been looking for someone who does permanent makeup in the Boulder area that I could trust for quite some time and Jessica did not disappoint! She spends sufficient time before your procedure to make sure she knows exactly what you are looking for and answers all of your questions thoroughly. She obviously takes a lot of pride in her work and seems to love what she does. I will definitely be referring my clients to her! read more

I was so impressed at Jess' knowledge of how so many things would affect the outcome of my color. (medications, caffeine, and environment). Since she hand mixes the colors, she is able to make exactly the shade and color that will work and be the best for each person individually. She is a serious technician who works as your own personal artist! I'm 65 and was so nervous before I went to see her. She immediately set me at ease, and gave me the perfect eyebrows for my age, skin color, etc! read more

SYDNEY IS AMAZING! I have very blonde brows that had been previously microbladed when I lived on the East Coast. I thought it was time for a touch up. I had no idea tinting your brows was even possible but Sydney looked at my brows and recommended it over the mircroblading. I've been back 2x to get my eyebrows and lashes tinted. Super easy, Sydney is great company, and the whole thing only costs $35 (and mine lasts 8 weeks!). I'll be a regular here for sure! read more

Love this place and my brows look amazing. I got my eyebrows microbladed by Jess. She is very professional and the office is very clean. It has a calm and relaxing environment, which I enjoyed. As a busy mom of four I don't have much time to mess with make-up and not having to touch my eyebrows, but still having them look like I did, saves so much time and makes me look great! If you are unsure because of the cost, don't hesitate, it's totally worth it!!!!! read more

I got my brows Micro bladed by Jess last August... Best decision of my liiiife! My brows look phenomenal 24/7 and I am so much more confident without makeup. Jess calmed my nerves by explaining everything thoroughly, she's very professional, skilled, and talented! If you're looking into getting micro bladed, this is the place to go. I consider myself a life long client here and look forward to getting touch ups and other services done here. read more

I love Jessica's work!!...she microbladed my eyebrows 11/2016 and did a touch up today. Jessica is an unbelievably talented artist, detailed, precise, knowledgeable, designed my eyebrows to complement my face and never pushed a design onto me. I will never go to anyone else...not just because she is the best, but also because, she is hilarious!!...I am very happy and comfortable with her. read more

While the result is the best part, I really enjoyed Jess's professional non-rush approach, with artistic flair, aiming to fully understand my vision without suggestions otherwise. Jess explains everything in detail and makes a blueprint which is spot-on from first try. Transformatory experience as my eyes are defined in a subtle but noticeable way now. read more

Every person who works here has an abundance of knowledge and customer care. AMAZING!! I had my eyeliner tattooed and I will never go anywhere else for microblading and eyeliner tattooing. I had my eyeliner done over 6 months ago and it is still looking great. They were great about after care instructions and they treated me really well during the session. It is worth the 2+ hours to get there. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Could not be more pleased! Jess did a fabulous job. She really listened to what I wanted and spent the time to ensure everything was how I wanted it prior to doing anything permanent. She was great at explaining every step and what I could expect afterwards. I highly recommend Boulder Brows!!! Thank you so much Jess, you are wonderful! read more

I can say enough good words about Boulder Brows! I have went to several different places in the last 10 years and I have never had someone to take time and really do my brows until they were perfect. My brows were thin at one point but thanks to Sophia they are now thick and with an amazing shape! It doesn't get better than this! read more
