My husband had us both join, and I have yet to be able to come, but they set him up with a personal trainer there (LAUREN O.). From the moment she started training him, she continued to ask about our marriage and repeatedly asked him to take her out because she's new in town and he's "Hot." He respectfully declined and said his wife would not like that. The next few times he came in, she continued to ask him and flirt with him. Even texting him after hours, which he did not reply to, and when he showed up the next day, just to work out, she ran up to him and asked why he "ghosted her" last night. He then repeatedly said my wife would not appreciate that, so please do not do that. He then was so uncomfortable, He left and got a membership at Planet Fitness. So, women, just beware, she's out for your husbands to take her out on the town. Most unprofessional personal trainer. La Fitness should really address that. Unless they want a sexual harassment suit on their hands. Needless to say, I will never go to that location, nor will my husband and I let all my friends know as well. LA, PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR TRIANERS.

When I was an active member, management and ownership were incompetent and dismissive, and based on my current experience, nothing has changed. Canceling requires jumping through unnecessary hoops, including outdated mail-in requirements that appear designed to frustrate customers into giving up. The fact that I had to call and ask for step-by-step instructions just to end a long-inactive membership is absurd. This is not a customer service issue. It is a deliberate failure of process. Between the billing errors, lack of transparency, and refusal to modernize basic cancellation practices, this gym demonstrates a complete disregard for its members. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy being charged indefinitely for services you do not use.

This Y could use a face lift...getting rid of the carpet and installing a newer gym floor alone would do wonders as I can live with the equipment they have. I was hoping to discover some classes I could attend however their class schedule varied from the normal since it was the Holiday. I would have loved to get in there on Thanksgiving but they were closed. The "Y" in general is a great place for families to participate in and can benefit on all levels.

James then walked up, asked Kobe what was going on, and then offered to take our picture so there wouldn't be such a delay next time. The same exact thing Kobe said he couldn't do! I asked why Kobe told me he couldn't do it and James said, "Because I know more than him." I then worked out and guess what I asked 90 minutes later? Did Kobe learn to take pictures? Nope. Just bad service led from an owner who was made aware of a problem last week, did nothing, and then let it happen again to us. The issue is we don't pay that gym's owner according to Kobe. He said the owner of this location owns three gyms and if we don't pay one of them three then we have to show ID every workout which is unlike every other PF club. Horrible.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more My experience with Workout Anytime left me very disappointed, primarily because of how difficult it was to cancel my membership. When I originally signed up, I made it clear that I did not want to be locked into a contract. I was told I could pay through my bank account and cancel my membership whenever I chose. Based on that understanding, I enrolled. Recently, I received a call informing me that I owed $68 because my account was past due. Since I hadn't used the gym in well over a year, I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. To my surprise, I was informed that I was required to provide a 30-day notice and would still be charged for two additional billing cycles. I then went to the gym in person, expecting the cancellation process to be straightforward. Instead, I was told they could not cancel my membership at the front desk. Even though I was standing there requesting cancellation, I was instructed to either submit a written request or create an online account and complete the cancellation myself. It was frustrating to be told that my in-person request wasn't sufficient. I also requested a copy of my membership agreement and noticed that my name was not even spelled correctly on the contract. What disappointed me most was the overall customer service. After being a paying member for several years--even though I hadn't used the facility for quite some time--I expected a simple, professional cancellation process. Instead, I felt like unnecessary obstacles were placed in my way. During my visit, I expressed my frustration with the situation, but I remained respectful. I did not yell, threaten anyone, or use profanity. Despite that, I later received an email from the owner warning that law enforcement would be contacted if there were any further issues. I found that response unnecessary and disappointing. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage anyone considering a membership to carefully review the cancellation policy before signing up and to fully understand the billing terms. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Workout Anytime and will be taking my business
